Consider "Hyrecar" very extremely careful while registering with this business. You may never get a car but will be charged for it and your account will be deleted for NO REASON . They explained to me I had the incorrect email address which is totally false because you signin to the app with your email address and we communicated through my email address. Then, I said well signed up again, they responded "we are Not going to approve you"

Excellent customer service. Easy access to make a payment. Maintenance and Insurance is included which gives me peace of mind. This is a great value and this is the only way I will rent a vehicle!

No one will email me back and it won't approved my debit card the same one that's on my uber app if they take it right out of my earning there should not be a problem

Why show the cars that are not available. I can't find anything in Atlanta. I been waiting for a month now. To get my license to load I had to use a friend iPhone my phone would not do it.

It will only let me take picture of my face and back of license been trying for two days now

I really think that if we're renting that they could be more accommodating with repairs or interior detailing :( These are out of pocket costs!!!!

Sounds like an incredible and revolutionary idea to car 'ownership' but the cost of the cars is pretty high. I get that insurance and maintenance are essentially included but if you can get a decent car and insurance payment you can undercut the cost of this service by a ton. Not interested for now.

I am trying to do the app now. i am having issues with the taking of the front of the drivers license. What do you click on? I have the license within the square but what should happen next? the hep link only tells you how to hold it- nothing about how the picture is actually taken. Please help.

Well i didnt get a notice or read in fine print that thwy charge $100 membership fee. This needs to be known before signing up. False advertising. I downloaded the app to look at what vendors had to offer in Atlanta. There are only 2 cars avaiable. Need a bigger fleet before i rent.

I just spent thirty minutes just trying to get this camera to accept the front of my license. I'm looking to get started ASAP but this app doesn't even work to get you registered. Disappointed

1. The car I reserved wasn't available so I accepted the same model in a different year. 2. I started with 1/8 of a tank of gas. 3. The car was dirty on the outside but they gave me a voucher for a free carwash...the place was CLOSED. 4. The inside was dirty. There was dirt all over the carpet and there were about 10-15 wads of tissue paper in the rear passenger door

Bad Android app , Cars don't show up on the app. when and if they do, pictures are skipped or missing, I called the Dallas office a guy named Anthony really wasn't to concerned with the issue, he said it's updated daily, that's funny because the cars I saw on the app a week ago are still on there, nothing had changed on the app....very poor for business. I've had this app for a month, no update has been done on any of the cars, same cars are that were on the app when I download this app are still there

With flexdrive everything easy

My experience was great! I applied online Wednesday afternoon, I was approved by Thursday morning and in my vehichle by Thurday @3pm. Patrick has a great personality and made the process headache free! Nashville customer service rocks!!!

It took forever to get approved, once I got approved all the cars were gone now this thing's been sitting on my phone for 4 months and not one car has opened up. Disappointing.

My experience has been excellent with car changes and maintenance. Thank you Ryan for managing my account so well and the Firestone team for keeping me on the road making money.

The app could be better for android phones.

Love the concept that flexdrive introduces to the Uber market. Had some issues getting set up because of a glitch in the Uber Austin system but once we got through that I've had a great experience

Support team is very responsive, hopefully this kind of attention continues throughout usage. Plus, It's definitely cheaper than car rental.

Been A Member Since Forever

I've tried logging countless times and it continues to say to connect to an Internet connection when I'm clearly connected. I've been approved so I am anxious in connecting. Please advise.

Read above! It Says That My Email Address Isn't Registered. So I Try To Register And It Won't Let Me Because It Says "That email address is already registered." Uber is going to suspend my account tomorrow for not having a valid car because Flex Drive is Taking me out the system for nonpayment. But the app won't let me do anything. I've Uninstalled and reinstalled. I've left voice mails and emails with no response.
