FleetMatics Mobile

This app worked beautifully for about two weeks. Now it won't even let me get in past the log in screen. It says username or password is incorrect or that I may not be connected to the internet. Not the case in both. I can log in just fine on my laptop and my phone is sitting right next to it. Please advise on fix.

Worthless while on mobile network, I Can Only log in while connected to Wi-Fi.

Not working. Useless.

I use it primarily for vehicle tracking throughout the day in order to know how far out the crew is from site and to double check hours. In that respect it works but it is annoying that I have to always shut the app down and fully restart it for the live update to refresh. Runs very poorly in the background and every couple of days it will notify me of multiple errors requiring me to log in again.

I had sage quest before the companies merged and everything ran so smooth and now this app won't even refresh to show where the trucks are. Completely useless, needs to be fixed or we will find another provider of GPS.

I am using same user/pass I use on the website but it always tells me incorrect.

There are 2 problems with this app. First, when the app is opened, all alerts are automatically confirmed by the mobile device. Second, the app is loaded onto the device rather than the SD card. I have complained about both problems for over 2 years and all they say is," We can't do anything about those problems." My company's solution is nobody uses the mobile app.

Works much better in android than on iPhone.

This app doesn't seem to work.

Stuck back april!! Even uninstalling and reinstalling doesn't fix the issue. Useless now

Frustrating

This is the first app I have used that worked perfect in it's first version. Fleetmatics, you made your app better than your website! I regularly have to force log this app to get it working again. Nothing else makes it work normal. :/

I spend a lot of time on the road and don't normally pay attention to the driving style I have. This app lets me see how I compare to the other workers in the company. Now I try to get the best records in each category.

It is my opinion that half this program thinks it is running on an IPhone. That is the way it is behaving for me on my Galaxy IIIS. Please fix.

I started using this app 3 days ago. Once I close the app on my droid I need to uninstall then reinstall to have truck location refresh... Works great other than that.
