Others have reported the ability to publish your data does not work. That means that there is no way to get the data that you entered out of the system. The publishers have stated that they have fixed this bug but they have not. Also the GPS tracking built into the app does not work. When tracking a trip quite frequently the distance recorded in the app is zero. I have checked and the GPS is working in other apps. I advise looking for another app.

Downloaded it now and went to open it and it says connect to internet to register. I am connected very frustrating. Dont waste your time find another app.

Been using the app for a while and have had no issues, it's been easy to use and works. Now is the time to send the logs and the problems start. It won't let me change the dates of the report, it opens the date picker, I select my dates, close it and it hasn't changed them. So I try to send the log to myself via email, it never comes. This makes the app useless!!!

I need an app like this so downloaded it but am removing since it keeps saying I need an internet connection after reading other reviews I see this issue is ongoing frm may 2016 so i have no faith in the ability of the programmers. Just wondering how the ATO backed this app it's a load o shite...

It is sorts a critical function. Great idea but need to be able to publish. Say "relaunch to sync data" but doesnt after re launching app and then the phone. Please help....phone is Samsung S6 with Android 6.0.1. PS ....After relaunching direct to publishing it says "cant connect"

Not able to publish log book. It says email sent but nothing happens. Also my trip kms are not updated. Please look into it asap. Thanks

Ive just installed the app however upon opening I'm receiving a notification "please connect to the Internet to register your device"

Very basic. It would be good if the app can remember the route travelled. It kind of remembers starting point and ending point and calculate the distance between it. For me it has mostly calculated as zero kilometers as my starting and ending points almost always same.

Same problem as some others. Asking me to connect to the internet - which I am already. Hope you fix this bug soon.

Simple app to use and so far it is working just as it should. I haven't tried to publish my log book yet, but it is a very convenient way to record trips

Download the app and install it but when i open it asked to connect to internet? How can i download if i am not connected to internet?

First attempt too use this app came up with Error "please connect to the Internet to register your device" I tried both Wifi and 4G connection even tried restarting my mobile but still same error, really interested too try this app, sorry but I can't rate this app more then 1 star until it's fixed, seems reading comments posted here previous version worked well till updated, maybe best developers too revert this app back too previous version too fix problem well everyone seems too have the same issue NOTE 4

Useless. Same issue as others yet I have full 4G network cover.

Spent over 5 hours logging trips and try to publish logbook but no email received. Need urgently for tax return. Tried numerous email addresses but no luck. Have latest version of this app.

Please connect to Internet. But I've already done so to download the app. What's going on?

Installed won't even let me open the app just says ' connect to internet to register device ' I am connected to the net. Sounded like a good app too

I just entered all the mileage info from last financial year but now I am unable to publish my log book. The publishing dates are stuck. It keeps requesting me to relaunch the app so it can sync. Relaunching it does not help. It's stuck and I'm now frustrated I can't print the last financial year's records. Very frustrated!!!

Well this app is still new. So far I find it ok. Still trying to understand it.

Downloaded the app and returns similar message as experienced by many others 'connect to the internet'. Referred the issue to the marketing section who were unaware of the issue. It appears to be a common problem not fixed. Not sure how others overcame the problem or whether they encountered same. Michael B.

Very helpful and pleasant to use app.

I can't manually add a trip that pre-dates and/or has a lower odometer figure than a later logged trip. So I either have to fluff trips, or omit them completely, not ideal.

I agree with Jonathan Hopson 18 September 2014. The app doesn't allow me to record start and end times for each trip and so doesn't meet ATO requirements. I will be uninstalling immediately.

Trying to test all the great Logbook apps out there for work and this doesn't even open. uninstalled and tried again and same thing. just keeps saying 'registering' and then closes.

Simplicity in a log book that does what you need and when you need it. Well done

This is a good app. Some changes: Able to fully edit saved log. If you need to add a date that you missed and have already gone past that date, the earlier date should able to be added. Also should be able to change the date of a log that is already saved even if you have already gone past the date in the sequence
