The List

Not a winner. Don't install. While the app did properly track our wait at a local restaurant, it required an account in order to function. There is no apparent way to manage the account or to determine what the account is used for. The support link published in the Play Store doesn't work (email bounces) and the app hasn't been updated since 2015.

The app works for what it is but the company sucks at getting back to you I have wrote multiple emails trying to get ahold of them as there is no way to reset the phone number or link it to my email without having to go through them I emailed them a week before my vacation and thanks to them I had to use my daughters number and enter it because no one will get in touch with u u get an automatic email saying expect a response in 24 hours ....ha it's been a week and a half

The app worked well keeping us updated as to when our table was ready. Fun for the kids to look at and watch as we get close to the top of the list. Also we did not have to be asked over and over again by our kids as to when we were going to be seated. They just watched the list.

Just signed in, only 5 restaurants listed in that 3 are same chain at different places. Nothing else. Those are not the restaurants I go anyway ! Waste of time and space.

I got a new phone and don't remember my password. There's no way to reset password. Can't use a different email because account is attached to my phone number. Makes app worthless.

Cool app, only used it once and was accurate. Only 2 restaurants near me so really just use it for 1 place. Nice not to wait for a table. Wish it listed estimated wait time in addition to the number of parties ahead of you.

Terrible app tried registering with 2 different email addresses and still couldn't get it to work

More restaurants coming on board with this but those that are available work well. It does save time.

The app forces account creation without explaining why you need to. And that icon... C'mon.

Says we are next, but hostess says there is a 20 min wait. I'm thinking it's a restaurant thing and not an app thing

You should add a feature to search for restaurants like No Wait or Open Table. Without that, it's very limited.

Why do I have to sign in to use the app.

You should be able to search any restraunt. Just not nearby. Cant make any reservations for anything at home before a trip or 30 mins away. Its ridiculous. I have 1 restraunt in my nearby and have to drive almost 45 mins to get anything else to pop up. Stupid. Possibly ruining my birthday.

Very cool app concept, but...what if I am looking to get on a list that's NOT nearby? Only flaw I've found but it's a doozie.

For all the comments that speak of the limitations of the app, those are set by the restaurant such as their store hours and the ability to check in not by the app

I installed this app when I went to lotawata Creek and it isn't in my resent places. Would be more stars if prior stops came on

The new app is very inaccurate.... The initial wait was 2 hours... I received a text at 2:51pm... The app shows what parties are ahead of you... When the app said You're Next.... My party came to the front to be seating... The hostess stated the app was inaccurate and it's about an hour off.... we were later told by management the app comes out of New York and that it's holds tables for parties who haven't arrived yet.... Tragic... it is after 4pm. We are still waiting. .. again Tragic....

Worked great the one time I used it. Hopefully they will hook up with Open Table and capture all the restaurants that don't take reservations.

I don't feel that signing up was worth all the effort. Showing me on a list is all I wanted.

Great application. It's very accurate in how long you have to wait to get a table at your favorite restaurant.

You should have the option of searching for a restaurant that's not nearby. Can't get on the list til you are practically at the restaurant. Also app shows no wait, so couldn't sign up, but when we got to restaurant there was a 25 minute wait. Why bother?

The UI is not intuitive whether it is the button pushes or the wait list layout itself.

I assume it will be fixed, but suddenly the app doesn't show the restaurants to be closed, when they are, or a wait, when there is. Very annoying, and a waste of time and gas.

The List is great! It let us know our status without having to stay within earshot... and kept the kids busy checking our progress without asking "how much longer" every two minutes!

You cannot look up a restaurant, choose city or see anything. It wants access to my location, contact list and photos? Perverts.

No way to get on the list!! It tells us the restaurants are open but we can't get on their waitlists!!

Terrible app. Doesn't register that you're even on a list.

Sitting here in the restaurant & we're on their wait list but regardless of how often we refresh the app it says we're not on the list.

We loved the fact we could see our seats assignment!!!

Waste of time and disk space!!!
