I have a pain I get in my left shoulder and this helped me so much. I also love how it keeps working even if you shut your phone off.

My lower back tends to ache after work and this is soothing for the pain. I'm glad it works in the phone background too.

This review probably won't be here long. First the number of fake reviews is laughable. If you're going to have them, make sure they aren't identical. Ok folks, your tablet and cell phone can not balance your energy, get rid of toxins or any of the other bs they want you to buy. Remember Snake Oil never works. I might have given this two stars had it had some soothing music, at least then it would have been good for relaxing. Don't be gullible; eating right, proper rest, meditation and exercise are the keys to balance and well-being.

It a nice app love it and it good use for my back. It puts me to sleep. I think it nice to use.  Nice job on the app.

So good I got a really bad back and felt amazeing

I work out and sometimes in between my shoulder and bicep it starts hurting and when I use this app it gets some of the pain away
