Flash Seats

Tovia Cousin hit the nail on the head! A few years ago it didn't do that. But now it resets your list preferences every time you change screens. Completely asinine. And now when I click on top of a category (price, row, etc) it doesn't filter at all. Who's in charge of this debacle of an app!? Get your act together please

This app would get 5 stars if every time I clicked on a ticket and came back out it didn't start me all over again at the top of the list after taking 5 min to load again! What's the point in having "categories" when its going to start over at the top of the main page anyway?! Its enough to make me want to throw my phone through a window! It would also be great to see a seatinf chart when checking out a ticket. Please update!!!

Tried to purchase tickets. Took and hour of my time to figure out how to add a credit card with crappy interface and unhelpful error messages. After getting it set up i purchased tickets. Credit card was charged and no confirmation or tickets. No customer service for the app. Called flash seats and waited 55 minutes for a rep to pick up. Then they cannot help with the flashseats app. GARBAGE!! First and last time using this app.

I didn't have a problem with it....easy as 123!!

Had to spend an hour trying to add a payment method and then wouldn't take the payment but gave me no error message explaining why. Had to go online to try and add payment method but again failure but know error message. Then i stumbled upon a verification process and it worked. Thanks for a crummy user interface and wasting my time.

I don't see how this is easier than having the tickets emailed to me to scan. I've bought two events & only one shows on my account. I'll pay the extra five dollars & get paper tickets next time. I don't understand how to use the app, are my tickets supposed to be on there to check in? I've called the customer service which I think is non-existant, cause I was on hold for forty minutes & finally gave up. The website doesn't answer my questions.

I hate that venues make you use this app. It rarely works.

This Website is ligit! Process was easy. Digital Option without having to worry about printing tickets was awesome! Download app or show them ID easy peasy!

You have actually NO control of your tickets..They will transfer from PDF to Flash but they will not allow you to transfer back and their excuses are so lame it was an insult to my intelligence. I will NEVER go this way again..Just remember when you decide to hit the flash seat button you are locked in with NO control of your tickets.....

The fact you can't actually own your tickets is a pain in the a**. Oh sure you can easily convert PDF to flash crap but you can't do it the other way around. The fact that they make money when you buy the tickets and when you sell them is ridiculous. All this company cars about is your wallet. Mark my words I will never buy flash crap tickets EVER again.

Piece of junk! So upset! No support team at all!!!!! One guy in a room with box as a desk made this app!!! I have been waiting and waiting for my tickets to come and every time I call on hold for at least 30 minutes and they say "tickets are on there way" where are my tickets? It's a app are they in cyber shipping? WTF how long does it take to send someone teckets electronically!!!!!!! I tried it out because I thought it would be 1 fast 2 easy and simple!!!! Never trying it again!!! Piece of junk app!!! NEVER USE THIS APP IF YOU NEED TICKETS THAT DAY!!!!

Last year I used it 1 time, worked great. This year I try to get tickets and get an error. Come back 20 mins later after trying all day, and those tickets were sold already.

WHERE MY TICKETS???? FIRST YOU HAVE TO BUY THEM AT A DIFFERENT PLACE. THEN GO HERE AT FLASH CRAP AND WAIT FOR THE IDIOTS TO SEND THE TICKETS OVER........I'VE BEEN WAITING FOR A WHOLE DAY AND STILL NOTHING. THE WEBSITE WHERE I BOUGHT THE TICKETS AT KEEP TELLING ME THAT THEY ARE WAITING ON THE SELLER TO RELEASE THEM...WHAT THE F*#?!!!!???#!!.......STUPID SET UP

I bought tickets for a show in SLC and now can't fly up there due to a schedule conflict but I can't sell my tickets because they locked out that show. What a total scam, they won't help me get a refund or paper tickets or anything else that is remotely helpful.

This app needs a lot of work. It's a simple app that should not have these issues.The only reason I use this app is because that's how the venue provided the tickets. This app won't open most the time. It says loading but won't open. It took several tries before it would actually transfer a ticket to another person. When looking at my tickets the screen goes black.

Since I purchased tickets to two different events, the screen kept alternating. This made the scanner unable to read.

Using this app is confusing, and frankly I don't know if this method of ticketing will work. I will find out Friday when I go to the event.

I can't get it to load up any events from other states. Would be nice to see if I could buy tickets to events in towns that I plan to visit. Maybe it's just me doing something wrong.

Just attended Kanye West at the Quicken Loans Arena, and ANY customer that had flash tickets did not work. Let's just say it created a very unsafe environment for those who were trying to get in. Something that was suppose to be quick and convenient ended up just causing straight chaos!

Fees are crazy, and then you have to wait 2 weeks for money from ticket sales! Unacceptable it's 2016 no way I should still be waiting on money from two weeks ago. I will never use this app or service to sell tickets ever again!

Horrible process which will devalue your tickets. Good luck selling them after using flashseats. Yuk!!!!!

Went to see a concert tonight and it started an hour earlier than what flash seats said so I missed one fo gye bands I wanted to see

I've got tickets, yet the app doesn't load them. Website verifies it, but this app acts like I've got nothing. Just an error message that the app isn't connecting to the server. Sweet.

Never buy tickets using flash seats for the delivery options! You can't see your actual tickets...you can only sell your seats through them (if you can get that to work on their weak website)...ridiculous. If you bought tickets for a group, everybody has to bother with signing up for a flash seats account with all their info and an ID or they have to enter the event with you and you'll have to text them where their seats are.

This was so easy! I loved not carrying tickets around! Showed the phone and went right in! Way better than the old way!

I'd have season tickets to nuggets if they didn't force you to use this terrible app. They steal ticket owner's rights by not letting you take your tickets out of the app and their resale market is a ridiculous joke where you'll never get the money that the tickets are worth.

My biggest complaints are: 1. As of recently the app will not sort columns. If I am trying to view the cheapest tickets first, it will not allow me. 2. If I am searching halfway down a page and decide to click on a ticket, when I return back to the main list of tickets. I have to start over from the beginning. It would be nice if the app would return me to the spot that I left off. This is also an issue if I leave the app to view another app. 3. The app does not display a seating chart map.

Can't get the app to open, looks for locations (gps is on) and crashes. Samsung galaxy s6 edge

I haven't went to the game with my son yet, but I downloaded the app. With no trouble at all, got my tickets and a mobile ID this is fantastic! If I get in with no troubles, it'll get a 5 ☆☆☆☆☆ from me. Thanks for this.

I am a newby to flash seats. I am a new kid on the block. If all works out, I think that many followers will support your new method of operating and communicating with your customers.

Doesn't work on my Galaxy Note 5 can't connect to servers.

Claims there's no connectivity and then just shuts down. Have tried on multiple wifi networks and just using my cell network

I used to love this app until tonight. I tried to purchase two tickets and it said that my purchase didn't go through a min later I got and email from my account saying that I had been charged not once, not twice but three times thats $600+ bucks I just wanted two tickets not 6. Plz fix this and plz refund me back my money for the other 4 tickets I did not want.

I agree with previous complaints about this new update. It would be nice if i could sort the columns by price, section, etc. again like we could before. I also never understood why the app didnt have a seating chart. It would b nice to know the quality of seats being purchased. I hope this gets fixed soon.

The tabs at the top of the ticket page should change when you click on them. It's a very helpful feature when looking to buy or sell to compare pricing and quickly get to where you want to buy at. Fees are to high! Other than that...it great!
