Thank you for a number of reasons. 1) It works on my Hisense Sero 7 Pro tablet. 2) Your app is quite small. 3) You can turn off your display and the camera flash stays lit so you're not blinding yourself with the screen.

Everytime i try to turn it on it does nothing and its showing it's turned off,but a couple of minutes later it turns on.i press ti turn it off and it goes into intermitent mode on and off until i get to turn it off. I love the widget though.

This widget has constantly crashed my phone for as long as I can remember. Hated to do it but I finally gave up and removed it for now until the bug(s) are worked out. No other app has caused this issue and it definitely only happens when using this one. :-(

Finally an app that doesn't require unnecessary permissions... I am holding one star because I woul prefer different colors of inactive icon, because on my background is really difficult to spot it right away :-D

Y70%
by Y####:

At first i couldn't get into the app but then I read it's a widget... Just find your widgets and put it on the screen. Boom. Just an update, started glitching out and happened very often... Had to delete it.

Y70%
by Y####:

Would be great if it didn't turn it's self off all the time. Almost every time I point it down it shuts itself off. Doesn't have any settings to change. That makes it useless.

P70%
by P####:

Will stay on whenever it likes. Only wants to stay on when it wants to espesh when phone locks. DO NOT DOWNLOAD THIS APP . RUBBISH!!!

L70%

This is the best Flashlight App in my experience. Anyone using "Brightest Flashlight Free" from Goldenshores Technologies should beware! Goldenshores was just caught stealing user info. Any app from Goldenshores SHOULD NOT be downloaded!!!

It's good but stops working when the phone locks, the light just stays on and can't be switched off after unlocking phone.

I am glad that I finally paged down far enough to find a flash light app that doesn't throw ads in my face and doesn't require a flashy (heh) interface to operate. *update* this app has been rendered obsolete for me since I updated to Lollipop, which has its own toggle for the flashlight built in. If this functionality ever somehow disappears, I'll be back.

This widget is a FAR cry from the other flashlight apps I've used. Just the icon itself turns the LED on, no ads, nothing. Love it.

It doesn't get off after unlocking screen on my nexus 5

GalaxyS4...I like that the widget is small and it turns on fine, but it won't stay on. Sadly I went be able to keep you if you won't stay on.

On nexus 5, latest kernel, i have problem when i try to shut off the light from the status bar, if they fix it is a 5star ;)

When I look for a flashlight app, I just want a flashlight app, not some fancy disco light app. This app is exactly what it says it is, and even better - it's just a widget. Doesn't take up unnecessary space in your app window, and does only what it is supposed to do. Simplicity works, and the developer rocks!

I70%
by I####:

Does exactly as described. Can't ask for anything better.

Sometimes the app freezes and won't turn off specially the flash of the camera. Please fix. Thanks!

I'm bummed about this because I love the icon... but this widget is horrible. Only lasts a couple seconds and it shuts itself off. :( uninstall

Y70%

I love the simplified sun icon but the app crashes too much - can't stop the light, it's disturbing

This widget does what I am looking for, a simple flashlight with no frills. No silly sos junk, no ads, no unnecessary permissions (a big deal) and a 1x1 widget. But it turns off randomly and then is a hassle to turn back on. Fix your app.

This is just what I've been looking for..... The only widget besides clock that I need on my lock screen

Does what I wanted, turns on without having to open an app | I'm using the nexus 5 version lollipop 5.0.1

T70%

This used to work great. Since the Lollipop update it no longer does. Turn it on and the light comes on, only to immediately turn off. Please fix this. Galaxy S4.

Pardon my language but I was not expecting it to be so bright, I compared it to the default asistive light and it kills it! I'm almost concerned like is the flash supposed to even go that bright? I'm worried it's going to damage my phone it's so powerful

W70%
by W####:

Will not stay on more than a few seconds. Extremely annoying. Super bright compared to the stock assistive light but uninstalled cause I wanted to drop the couch I was looking under on my phone cause it was frustrating having to turn the light back on.

T70%
by T####:

It turned on great, sometimes. Then when I'd need to turn it off, I press the notification and nothing would happen. Needed to force stop the app for the thing to turn off. Either that or wait at least 20 seconds for it to do something. I'll be looking elsewhere for a torch control on this occasion.

Z70%

Turns itself off at times randomly. I wouldn't recommend walking down a dark flight of stairs using this unless you want to risk breaking your neck.

Had to install action launcher before the flashlight widget became visible. Strange. But the flashlight is great. It doesn't require permissions that invade your privacy and UA simple to use.

Unfortunately it doesn't work correctly for me. There is quite a bit of lag before the light turns on and it's always a struggle to turn it back off.

Good app. At first I couldn't find it with widgets or app drawer. Uninstalled and was gonna gripe about it. Read some reviews and it turned out I was being to hasty. I rebooted and its perfect.

Z70%
by Z####:

I had to give this application 5 star because i never had an issue using it though I'm unistalling it because lollipop already provided an ootb feature like this.

Z70%

Exactly what I was looking for. A widget that gives me a simple on/off button on my home screen for the flash.

Z70%
by Z####:

I would tap the widget on my LG G3 and the light would turn , but not even 10 seconds later the light would turn off while the widget still indicated it was on. I tapped the widget again and same thing. This flashlight will not stay on!!

I was looking for a LONG time to find the perfect flashlight widget for my HTC One, and after downloading a dozen different apps/widgets, I determined this works best for me. It i very simple and very useful!
