To be honest I like the app. BUT ... Every time I get an update the app looses my rewards card number. My wife uses the card, I use the app. So ... when I go in the store to buy something I cannot get my rewards. Very frustrating. This has been happening for years. TIME TO GET IT FIXED. May switch to your opposition and see if they work better.

App worked fine until updated to version 2.0.8 and now it crashes whenever you own the app to use it. Still crashes after you reinstall as it tells you to do.

Yes if you Uninstall then app the reboot your device then reinstall the app it will work after the update

Always clean, the cashiers always smile and talk to you like an old friend. I pick Flash Food over any other stores when traveling or just running across the street to get coffee

This app requests permission to GPS. When trying to grant permission it goes into a draw over other apps screen overlay loop. All other apps will be affected by this as well. Only granting permission in safe mode works.

Don't trust the prices. I was told gas price was $1.91, get to the store and it is $2.05. Stop improving an app that was perfectly fine!

I love not needing anything other than my phone to pay for gas! Great idea well executed

Keeps erasing my card. Don't understand why

This is the absolute worst app I have ever installed. You click on one thing and something else opens. I would not recommend it. I love the stores and rewards but they could use some help with this app.

Can't sign up cause ot keeps clicking the log in button no matter how far down you scroll. Please fix.

This app has been great for me for a long time but all of a sudden yesterday it stopped working. I uninstalled it and got a new version from the Play Store and it still force closes the instant I open it.

I enjoyed this app for a good while. My guess is that it has not been updated to work with new Android releases. I am running 6.0.1, and have uninstalled and reinstalled with no luck. Bummer.

This app doesn't even open at all.. It just says that it experience a problem and force closes. Please fix so I can use this app.

Doesn't work on my Nexus 5 running Android 6.0 Marshmallow. Force closes upon opening app. Just got my GoBlue card too.

Not working on my Nexus 6P.

This new version uses GPS even when the app isn't being used, resulting in over a third of the battery usage. Clearing data, uninstalling and reinstalling doesn't help. This definitely needs to be fixed. Developer has been emailed, so hopefully this problem will be fixed soon. Until then, uninstalling.

Another app improved so well that it no longer works!

Tried to grab the app at the pump and it just force closes.

Worked fine before upgrading to Android M. Developers, fix this. Now I get gas elsewhere. Update: clear data and cache, now appears to be working properly on Marshmallow on Nexus 6P.

I love that all I have to do it just pull out my phone and there is my card the convenience of having it on the phone is great

The app used to work just fine. I was using it multiple times a week. Now you updated it and all it does is crash. I uninstalled it and reinstalled it twice and it still doesn't work. You should have just left it alone. Fix your app.

And, until this week, they had the fastest and easiest payment app. But something happened & now the app fails with the message, "Please check your internet connection." So I did. I checked on my carrier's best LTE connection, on the store's AT&T WiFi, and on my WPA PSK-secured home network. No internet connection is good enough for this app so don't waste your time downloaded this app.

They are always pleasant when I stop in. And they always go the distance to male sure I get the best customer service.
