This app was very useful in my preparation. You must go through the entire content....and save questions that you find difficult.

Where are the hard questions? Anybody who is seriously studying for step 3, the questions here are seemingly too basic. Ok for just quickly going through factual information. The questions are not USMLE exam style. You might start with this to keep your brain from forgetting facts after your Step 2 exam. But can't see this questions being too helpful for the actual exam.
