Have been using it for a while via web version. Now that they have for android too. Delivery never been this easy and fast. This app do what its said.

Disappointing what was suppose to reach customer within 1230 noon (express delivery within 3 hours only reached client at 6pm. Luckily there was a rider available to deliver only at 4pm. No notification received on the delay. Definitely need process improvement n capacity planning
