Worst website...Never ever use it. They will never deliver the product on time and will give you absurd reasons for not delivering it. They won't even inform you about the delay. Will key your calls on hold and after 15 20 minutes will drop your call. Its better to order expensive product from a trusted company life fnp rather than going for a cheap and irresponsible platform like flaberry.

One of the worst website to order. I had ordered for my wedding anniversary - orchid flowers in a vase and cake. Flowers sent were rotten and instead of vase, they had sent me a small glass used to drink water. Cake was delivered after 2 days of anniversary. Customer service is worst then you can imagine. Total rip off, won't recommend anyone to order from this site ever.

Very worst website.... Very poor customer support,..taking too long hours and Not delivering the bouquet as they show in pic.. My kind request to all is that,"Don't waste your money here".

Half the negative reviews here are fake posted by fnp trolls- proof is the use of same wrong english in all. Have had great experience with flaberry having used them for delivery in Kolkata, Hyderabad and Gurgaon. Deducted one star as app freezes, have to order from their website everytime.

Very bad experience I placed an order for flowers today. Money is deducted from my account but details are not found in flaberry order list. and there is no response from customer care.

Hate this app. The support is worst and i dint even got the product i ordered and money is also gone. Its purely a fake thing. Dont waste your money in this type of apps.

shameless thiefs. my sister ordered rakhi gift with 10 chocolates and rakhi. they charged Rs 600.market price is just Rs 100 for chocolates and Rs 5 fir rakhi. still i was delivered only 4 chocolates. shame on you.

Worst service ever and irresponsible support from their team. Firstly, they asked me to pay extra money for the delivery and after cancellation, hace not received the money yet, seems they will refund to wallet, which is like useless. This is purely playing with customers trust. When can't keep up the delivery, why to be in market? Hugely disappointed with the way you have handled. My suggestion would be, pls read the reviews before ordering here, which I din't do.

After seeing review i was worried to use their services, but then i thought that I should give a try for a small order to test their services. Finally i had placed some order and the order were delivered on proper time, and specially Swati mam had helped much to get it done. Thanks. I am loving flaberry.

Delivered on time with small changes in order, but they informed about the changes before delivery. I love there service.. + order delivered on time. +good customer care response -Website is not user friendly. -some times all items in the oder nor delivered.

Worst experience..... Ordered a cake on 22nd.... Paid for it but got a call that it won't be delivered on the day of delivery and said that they will be able to deliver that the next day but with an extra charge which I refused and cancelled my order..... Asked for refund and till now waiting for the refund in my account.... Worst service ever... Customer care also don't respond well.... App is very poor...

Total waste money , I have ordered through flaberry, payment done by me 1st time and they said not completed your payment my 300 rupees waste, again I order payment confirmed but delivery not yet 6 days to go!! Please don't use this app

Worst app.. Ordered cancelled on the day of delivery. While taking payment, they assured that delivery is available to the respective pincode and on date of delivery, they denied that delivery is not available to that location.

Worst app..I placed an order for 1 bouquet but while checkout it shows 2 in the quantity. I tried this again to see if I did anything wrong while ordering but it showed the same as 2 bouquets

It is the fake and worst app.... I had done payment but they didn't send any confirmation or receipt. And when the bouquet is not deliver at time I thought to cancel. But there is no cancel option and I am trying to call them again and again they are not answering

*FAKE* Alert I made the payment via paytm i got the text from my bank that payment is complete but then flaberry's game starts i didnt got the reciept i tired to contact customer care support no one answered and the order is still not delivered..

My wife ordered a single bunch and cake for parents on 6 may '17 and don't know how quantity of bunch got changed to two and double amount deducted....she complained followed up and we were told to wait for 48 hrs n money would be refunded for one bunch as they delivered one bunch n cake only but till today money not in app..... Very poooooor service

This is the worst app ever. They cancelled my order without informing about it. After multiple times checking the status and not getting any update I had a talk with one of their customer service people who told me that they have cancelled the order as delivery was not possible for that particular area. You should never place an order from this app.

I was happy with tge service...just one suggestion that of delivery isn't possible you should inform at the time of ordering only...all the the payments and everything I did then you told that instead of flowers you are sending cake... And cake was yummy Thnk u flaberry

Poor website and poor service..… I placed an order for cake and bouquet but it was not delivered. When i called the customer care, they said they have not received payment although they sent me confirmation email at the time of booking itself. After multiple followup they said it will be delivered in 3-4 hours. But afer 3 hours they called and said we can not deliver bouquet. Avoid sending gifts using flabery if you love your wife or gf.
