Really frustrated. I wanted a good fizik saddle, but the app doesn't work. I tried being bend over for a minute, still it didn't work and my phone screen shut off. Hope they can fix this

It does work - I agree that there should be a link to the Youtube instruction video on the app itself, as I was also confused initially. Make sure your device is facing outwards when you hold it against your chest.

Total tosh. I waited while it calibrated, I bent over .. I waited, I waited, I waited, I waited .. 3 minutes later it still said "calculating". I stood up and made a coffee. 2 minutes later, the number on the screen changed but it still said "calculating". Tried a few times. No luck. Uninstalled.

This app worked great for me. I bought the recommended saddle, have ridden a few hundred miles, and love it as much as the day I got it. From the other reviews, it appears people are not using it correctly. Hold it to your chest, screen facing out, when you start the process. If you have it any other way, it'll calculate the wrong angle.

Just straight up didnt work. Pressed start test, waited for the three beeps. Bent over and held for about 20 seconds. Then stood up and nothing had changed.

I hold it to my chest screen out. After you push start and the beeps happen the screen doesn't change. Wait for the third beep then bend over. Don't move, it takes longer than you think. It will eventually beep and say done.

Confusing app to use. I tried multiple times until I realized I had to put phone on chest with screen facing outwards. This app really should include a link to the YouTube demonstration as I thought it simply didn't support my phone.
