MyRogers for Android
Even updating the Android system webview app does not solve the problem. Keep saying username and password not valid. App is helpful when working but often have issues Have tried to log out and back in recently and now the app works fine.
The app keeps telling me user name and password not valid. I've signed in with the same information on a desktop and works fine. The app isn't readable and I haven't been able to sign in with the newest version updates for a couple of months.
This first issue for me is that half the time I get connection issues to the servers. So I can't even connect. The rest of the time when I can connect I'm sitting for a long time while the app is retrieving my bill info or data usage. If the could fix these two issues 5 stars!
Everytime I go to log in it doesn't work. It makes it look like its gonna log in then it goes back to the log in place. Ive been trying to check my bill and i cant log in on the app.Your guys have to fix this problem has soon as possible!
Not sure what rogers did but this app hasn't worked since January. Useless! Pretty hard for rogers to justify charging for going over your plan if you can't check it!
Great idea, but doesn't seem to work for me one bit. Don't know why just keeps redoing the log in screen. Does this app not work with pay as you go accounts or what?
The page doesn't load properly when i go to open it. Makes account management nearly impossible and will probably be switching service providers
I've noticed a bug with the app. If you open it without wifi you don't need to sign in, which is great I like it. However, if your app takes a little while to wait, without fail the data management option doesn't load. If I close the app and restart it and it loads fast, it works just fine.
Update Mar 5/17: Noticed that app was updated in Feb last so installed on my Nexus 5. STILL CRASHES!
Horrible. Haven't been able to check what my balance is for over a month
I don't even have a Roger's account but I'm obligated to have this on my phone? Just a sure sign that everything Rogers does is a play for more customers.
Not working! The opening screen looks like a messed up blank form!
Always gives message: having tech difficulties. The whole point of app is so I can do billing on the go. Pls fix. Thx
I can't pay my bill from the app. Ever. And thanks for the response but I don't have twitter. Still doesn't work after an uninstall/reinstall.
Decades later and Rogers still can't develop apps Jr high kids could in their sleep
I would have given it a 5 but I found that it took a bit longer to see my bill and in different place. I would like to see it at a glance, then able to drill down. I do like the other features.
Slow as always, could not check the bill without getting crashed once.

Can't log in despite any 'temporary workarounds' that have been listed for quite a while. Rogers get your act together plz
It has not updated at all. The last bill I am able to see is September 2016. How does that help in march?
Crashes every single time on all 5 phones that i own.
Reasonably good app, worked fine for me. Limited in what it does but easier to use than the website to view the bill etc.
The navigation on this app is b.s. can't even find my last payment received

Works fine for my needs and I am happy with Rogers and I will stay with them for the foreseeable future

No data usage info now? And don't say I need to update android system webview as you seem to can for all your replies....it IS updated. This app was great before but no longer useful!!!! Please go back to becoming a good carrier and fix this...please!!
It won't even let me logon, it just keeps going to the main page. I tried to logon on the computer and it worked there. Edit: Tried the suggestion of updating Android web vies, but still no luck. Very unhappy Edit Edit: Still not working same issue very disappointed
I am a new Rogers consumer, before I was with fido. I called rogers 5 time to solve the trouble i have with the app and their website. Since then, nothing have worked. I can't view my bill in the app, I can't log in the website and I lost faith in that company. It's really frustrating. I've even make that update of webview app that they ask to do in every replies. Nothing changes. Really disappointing and frustrating.
No data .tells me to update android sytem webview.im sorry that with my phone or any other phone running android n android sytem webview is disabled by google and cant be updated. you better fix the app soon as alot of phones are now running android n and more to be getting updates to android n soon.
The app was great, now it doesn't work at all. I used it to track my wireless internet usage and it was quick and easy. Now I have to fool around with the webpage. Tried updating after it quit working but that didn't help.

I think more people will rate this app poorly because angry customers will be more motivated to rate this app. My experience with Rogers has been fine so I figure this will be fair: it could be a lot worse, but it does load slowly and clearly isn't native. The interface does the job fine when I need it - though I rarely do.
