Cineplex Mobile

Works great until I get to the counter and need it to pull up my card. Then it errors out and won't load making it pointless to have. For some reason it won't work on my Theatre's Wi-Fi and then continues to not work once I switch back to data.

They've made some positive changes in the right direction. Finally movies on the same page and size of the app is smaller now so I've upped the stars a bit. Still can't select my account using Google play account to sign in and buy tickets.

Garbage app. Constantly have to sign in. Never remembers my info even when just changing theatres to look for showtimes I have to log back in. Get your stuff together. Makes the app unusable.

I used to love this app. It was so easy to buy tickets. Now it won't even let me log in. It keeps saying error and that I'm offline when I'm not. I'm uninstalling it

Scene cards get linked to only one social media profile so if you don't remember which, have to log out and try another. Most don't work anyways--either won't redirect back or won't even go to sign in page. Just way to may signins required.

As many have pointed out it never remember my info and have to log in everytime and then that's another pain in the butt. Will stop using it!

App wouldn't let me sign into my account. Kept going to a white screen.

It's usually functional but lately I've been getting an error everytime I try to log in which has made purchasing tickets through the app impossible.

my scene profile cannot be loaded at random times...experienced it a lot on Android and iOS on multiple different phones

There's something wrong with the app, it just says "cannot view offline".

This app is the worst company representation a wealthy corporation could have. It doesn't work whatsoever.

Keeps telling me that I am not connected so u can't see the scene card making it useless.

Your app is complete and absolute garbage. Always have problems signing in. I can sign in on the web-site with my computer no problem. Uninstalled. I feel so relieved. So many times, this app has gotten my blood pressure and anxiety level up to record highs.

Always signs me out. Uses visa verify which will not work. It is now essentially impossible to buy movie tickets. Cut down on the steps. The user should be able to tap on a showtime, pay with stored payment info and done.

After the recent "bug fix update", devs messed it up worse than it was before! Can't even connect and complains that I'm offline when I'm clearly not. A piece of garbage!

This app is terrible. I cant use it because it constantly says it needs to refresh. Even after closing and relaunching. I want to buy a movie ticket thru the app but clearly this wont be happening!

Are you ever going to bother fixing the myriad problems with this app? Searching through reviews it seems that you've been told a multitude of times what the problems are but yet nothing has been done. I guess you're not making enough money from your 8000% markup on candy and pop to spend any money on your app.. Maybe you should consider adding a few more hours of commercials before every film to help pay for it. Ridiculous.

Things I don't like: Ads. I'm already opening the app to see ads (trailers) and spend money, dont get in the way of that. Tickets disappear from the sidebar sometime between purchasing and getting to the front door. I suspect they are not respecting my local timezone when figuring out when to hide the ticket. Breaks the app. I can't see my scene point history anymore, that was a handy feature.

This app is frustrating. There are often times where nothing will load with the error message saying there's no connection. If I didn't get extra scene points to buy my tickets through this app I would never use it.

Being forced to watch ads before watching every trailer to decide to make a purchase an overpriced ticket to see a movie that has another 30 minutes of ads. Guess who feels forced to use YouTube to find trailers instead of wasting time with the local movie app?

Needs to be able to let you scan your scene card offline. App is useless without internet connection

App usually doesn't work at all and keeps stating there is no connection. When it does work it's very slow, signs me out of scene a lot and will crash mid way through a ticket purchase.

Simple doesn't work, says it has lost connection and to try again later. I don't understand how this is even released for download from such a large company. I'm using a Google pixel so no excuses.

This is the worst ecommerce app. It is like they are daring you to pay to watch a movie instead of easing your way to give them money. It starts with a garbage UX design with too much text and too many steps AFTER you select a movie to actually pay for tickets. Too much text, too many screens. It makes you create an account but proceeds to make you login again every time even if logged into the app itself. Half the time, their underpowered web service doesn't work at all. Plus, they shove ads in your face for no reason. I have never seen a business critical app that is such complete abusive garbage. I guess they don't really want to sell tickets.

Usually I'd give this app 5 stars, but it's been really bugging out recently. It won't let me log into my account at all and hasnt been loading properly. It gives me more error messages than movies and show times. The last time I tried to buy tickets it wouldn't let me connect my scene card and then presented me with error message after error message. Suffice to say, I went online instead. Please try to fix these issues, because until they're fixed, I simply cannot use the app.

Simply doesn't work. So many bugs don't know where to start. Don't bother with this app. It's just an exercise in frustration.

Very little to like about the app. I login and it tells me I still need to login. I go back one page and basically goes all the way back to the beginning. IMAX not listed with the normal movie. The cherry on top is that the mobile version of the website is slightly better but still non functional

One of the most unreliable apps I've ever installed on my Android phone. Constantly get errors with not being able to refresh data even though my data connection is fine. Also occasionally loses my saved Scene information, so I basically need to carry around my Scene card anyways.

I thought it was a good app until it came to the payments. It's the worst possible experience. No thank you, Cineplex! I'm proceeding to uninstall.!

Used to be a good app now it is extremely slow to load up, and painfully slow to scroll through listings and it constantly needs to reload. Another good app gone bad with too much bloatware!

What an atrocious app. The login never works. Extremely poor performance and layout. Opening ads are whatever, but when you hit close and it crashes the app encore you even can use it? Get real.

It's decent, but lacks reviews to help you decide on movies. Maybe integrate ratings from IMDb and Rotten Tomatoes?
