About Unit Converter
Unit converter provides quick and easy conversions. Rather than selecting input and output unit separately a single choice is made, with all supported units for that conversion displayed simultaneously. This makes Unit substantially faster than other converters that require selecting both the input and output unit.
Support for location, pressure, and temperature sensors are also included depending on the conversion selected (and sensor availability in your device).
Built-in help is provided with comprehensive information about each conversion, including the conversion constants.
Basic mathematical operations are included. For example you can input fractional values like 3/8 of inch.
Many conversions can be connected: for example switching between length and atmosphere will perform the atmosphere look up using the length as the altitude.
Supported conversions are Length, Area, Volume, Cooking, Speed, Angle, Pressure, Energy, Power, Mass and Force, Ideal Gas and Temperature, Standard Atmosphere, and Earth Coordinate position.
Length: millimeters, centimeters, inches, feet, meters, kilometers, miles, and nautical miles.
Area: square cm, square inches, square feet, square meters, acres, hectares, square kilometers, and square miles.
Volume: cubic centimeters, cubic inches, fluid ounces, pints, quarts, liters, gallons, cubic feet, cubic yards, and cubic meters.
Cooking: milliliters, teaspoons, tablespoons, fluid ounces, and cups
Speed: feet per minute, feet per second, meters per second, kilometers per hour, miles per hour, knots, and dynamic pressure.
Angle: radians, degrees, and degrees : minutes : seconds
Pressure: Pascals, mm of water, pounds per square foot, millibar, mm of mercury, inches of water, inches of mercury, feet of water, pounds per square inch, meters of water, bar, atmosphere. The pressure conversion can use the built in pressure sensor if available.
Energy: Joules, foot-pounds, calories, Btu, Watt-hours, kilo Calories, horsepower-hours, kilowatt-hours.
Power: Btu/Hour, Watts, horsepower, kiloWatts, dBm.
Mass and Force: grams, ounces, Newtons, pounds, kilograms, slugs, tons, and metric tons.
Ideal Gas: pressure in Pascals, Temperature in Celsius, Fahrenheit, and Kelvin, Density, and molecular weight (with default for air). The ideal gas conversion can use the built in pressure and/or temperature sensors if available.
Standard Atmosphere: altitude (geometric and geopotential), pressure, temperature, density, viscosity, kinematic viscosity, and speed of sound. The model can be adjusted with an altimeter setting. If available the pressure sensor can be used.
Earth coordinate: latitude, longitude (in degrees and deg:min:sec), altitude (in MSL and WGS-84), ECEF, UTM/UPS, and MGRS. Earth coordinate can be entered directly, or measured with the location sensors.

This is a great unit conversion app. The app is easy to use, accurate, fast and comprehensive. Beyond the basic conversions, I especially appreciate the Earth Coordinate position conversions and use of a device's sensors. Data entry is flexible and results are provided quickly, not just for a single conversion but for all related conversions.
