This program lets you put in the price and percentage down payment, then calculates the loan amount and payment. That is very useful.

"Calculator: Mortgage Calculator" & "Karl's Mortgage calculator" are better, w/ tax & PMI. Karls is best but other has email function. this has none

When you change the repayment period from monthly to bi-weekly to weekly, the amount should not increase. It told me my mortgage would go from 1800 monthly to 1000 bi-weekly to 700 weekly.
