This app has been fantastic. This has been an invaluable tool in setting goals, in sticking to and in not only tracking but realizing the importance of caloric intake. And how easily it can get out of hand. This give you the opportunity to really focus on what you are putting into your body. I paired with a fitbit for even greater value from the app. I appreciate the reminders, not too much, but enough to keep you on track. If you are ready to pay attention to your diet and dietary lifestyle I would highly recommend this app. I have now list 20 pounds in the past 43 days. It works as a great tool if you are focused.

Ridiculous that you cannot type in your birthday. Instead you are forced to continuously swipe/tap till you arrive at your year. With the default being in the 70s, it was incredibly frustrating.

A very well developed app. The app keeps a good track of what I eat and the visual of what I need to eat and what I have eaten helps a lot I've lost 3lbs in 4 days just by cutting back some. The scanning feature is the best part I think out of the several dozen items I've scanned it's only been tripped up once or twice! Good app to watch your calories but mileage may vary from person to person.

I have a bad habbit with food. I love it to much especially the unhealthy one. Lose it has helped me realize how much and how bad I was eating. No wonder I was not loosing any pounds. I was working out a lot but I would then eat and not realize how many calories I was eating. This app has helped have a more real view of my eating habbits and also keeps me in check. Lol. Love this app and fully recomend it. I have seriously commited to logging and exercising for the past two weeks and I have lost 5 pounds.

Very effective at helping you stay on track and keeping you accountable for what you are eating. I dont like that if you eat under your daily amount it doesnt cancel out the amount you ate the day before. But this app helped my lose 5 pounds. I reccomend it.

I had this app last year and it was great. I downloaded it again, but for some reason it won't let me click next. It's the right email and password so I don't understand why it's not working.

The update wrecked this app. Very difficult adding food. Very embarrassing as I had just recommended this app to someone. Also, I can't change maximum of 2 pounds a week. I can't change target date.

This app is extemely helpful with weightloss. I did have the premium pack for a year but it wasnt really worth it for me to keep. I had it a few years ago so im not sure how much it changed but it didnt keep track of vitamins which i really need and fitbit does for free. I just find this app more user friendly with entering food data. I quit the app and gained back some weight but im already losing again! Ten pounds til my goal! Thank you to the creaters of this app, youve changed my life for the better!

I did app that cost $20 month for six months with little result. Found this free app and decided to go ahead and upgrade for a year for about the same as the previous app monthly rate. I've lost weight and paying a fraction. Easy to use with scanner and very few foods that I haven't found. Easy to put in recipes to calc per serving calories, easy to log exercises.

I paid for the premium version because they were pushing it really hard within the app and it sounded like there were a lot of additional features. You can set additional goals, but the "blog" that it gives you access to is garbage. Definitely NOT worth $30, even for a whole year. I see why they make it such a long subscription, no one would do it otherwise.

I have found tracking my food with this app has been amazing. I ve tried to track my food before with apps and I gave up. But with lose it. i ve almost kept to tracking my food. I would recommend this app. It's the best.

In a non painful way I've lost 15 pounds at about a pound a week. Lost 2 inches and a pant waist size. My ultimate goal is 9 more pounds which I should reach the first week of August. Then this app will help me stay there.

This is very good, if you follow the plan it will work! Simple as that! I have a big quibble though... it's too easy to log calories into the wrong day. Can you please make the ' log complete' button lock & unlock the ability to add entries. Also somehow make it VERY CLEAR when you are looking at TODAY.

I have been using this app to track my food and my weight. I have not yet upgraded to the premium yet, but am strongly considering it. I haven't had any issues with the app crashing and am enjoying it overall. It is super easy to use and I love how it has a lot of the foods listed when you search. I like how it tells me with my week, when i can expect to hit my goal weight, as it keeps me encouraged. Since starting this app, 4 weeks ago, I am down 23 lbs. I would definitely recommend this app.

I couldn't get past the first page. It defaulted the birthday to be Jan 1 1975 and I cpuld not type in the date only select it from the calendar. I seriously had to scroll through 5yrs of pages of months before getting to 1980 and accidentally clicked something and had to start over... seriously? Born in 88 so would have been doing this for a while. Just let the users type in the date... stupid

I have had the exact same problem with every weight loss app. I am 14 years old and want to maintain my weight and track how much I'm eating daily. But as with every other weight loss app, you can't use it unless you're 18. This is ridiculous and I will NOT change my rating unless this is changed.

Lose it is amazing! In 77 days, I have lost 20.5 pounds. Thanks to the ease of food tracking, the realization of my bad habits, and the small bits of encouragement thought the day, I am NOT dieting. I am creating a healthy relationship with food. I have struggled with eating disorders (on both ends of the spectrum) for 22 years, and I finally feel like I'm getting healthy , thanks in huge part to this great system.

This app is making me stress eat. I can't track what I eat cause it just crashes my phone only to clog my phone with advertising for the premium features. It may be because I use an Android, but it's still not a quality product.

I just downloaded the app. Liked the layout and design of it and how it tells u how long it takes to reach your goal. But I can't even log the food I'm eating! Everytime I try the app just crashes or sends me back to the sign in page. Guess I'll have to find another app..

Enjoying this so far, and hoping it will help me reach my goal weight. Would like to see a travel pause option or something similar. For example if I'm on an international flight, it's difficult to remember everything I ate.

The update has a lot of glitches. Enter food and it doesn't update on the My Day page until I go back into the log. About the only change I see in the dashboard is they swapped the positions of the My Day, log, goals banner (from top to bottom of screen) with the date (bottom to top)

App can not connect all day. Not sure if premium applied to my account since I paid but could not login. Useless. Have used MFP for years and never had a data problem.

Good app but Premium increased with last update. My wife wanted to get Premium one month after I did but after we saw it increased by $10, she decided against it. I won't be renewing when mine expires either. Nice sneaky price increase.

I lost 13 lbs in a month! Very easy to get healthy it's tough at first but then you get used to it and it becomes a routine. Right now I eat my recommended calories throughout the day and walk 3-6 miles seems like a lot but it's not. So easy to log exercise and meals I love this app ♡♡
