Orangetheory Fitness Booking

App doesn't work, can't connect to my club, can't book any sessions. Repeated attempts to get it rectified at my club haven't see any improvements. Don't waste your time with this one. Big disappoint have to contact the club every time I want to book of change a session and they don't always answer the phine resulting in days of playing phone tag.

I am able to pick my classes as needed and it adds it to my calendar on my phone for a reminder if I want. It will tell me if I cancelled without enough time so I know if there will be fees associated. It's nice having full control to cancel and set up on my own time.

It appears the bugs in the update that rolled out Jan 17 were fixed. Last night I saw that I had been logged out and had to change my password to get back in. When I finally logged in, I was able to book at non-home gyms again. Thank goodness.

Very annoyed that you can't book sessions for other gyms. OTF selling point is you can workout at any studio, well apparently you have to call the other ones everytime. What is the point of this app then? For just one studio? Also, require all your trainers to fill out their profiles! Nice to know who you're working out with and their background. Also redo the UI. Too much have to switch back and forth between classes and wait lists still! Lastly, fix the notification system when someone gets into a class from wait list: notifications are sporadic and don't always come through.

Not a very smart app. Cannot handle booking classes for more than 1 gym. I've had to to create an account for different locations. I've reset my password multiple times, at least every other time I try to book a class. I love OTF but highly dislike this app!

Can't book classes at my own studio let alone other studios and am missing sessions due to them filling up before I get this to work or call in.

App doesn't sync with membership. Tried repeatedly to book a session only to receive a prompt telling me to make a purchase of package sessions. Very annoying, will be canceling my membership.

Since the update, I cannot book or cancel any classes. Even after reinstalling the app several times. Completely inconvenient.

Have been having no problems great app!!!

As previous reviewers have said this app is very frustrating. I can't book classes at any studio without buying more, but my membership is unlimited. I also can't cancel classes, only some, for others I have to call. Very frustrating to not be able to book ahead of time as they fill up and you're SOL. I've uninstalled and reinstalled this app more times than I can count as the poor staff at the studio doesn't know how else to help.

Last update broke the app. Lost all of my past info on all my classes. It's like it doesn't recognize my account or my membership. I tried booking multiple classes and now it's not even showing that I'm in them or the classes I booked before this crap update. Ridiculous. Please put it back

Every update causes issues! It is no longer showing classes I'm already on the wait list for and keeps booting me out. Also made me updated my location info but doesn't have Canada so I had to enter bogus info.

If the screen orientation changes, it immediately changes away from the screen to book classes. I can only sometimes book other studios, I can't ever join wait lists and often can't join open classes without being charged extra, despite having classes available through subscription. Would be nice to also see my progress over time. The "tell us what you think" button in settings is broken.

This app was finally working, being able to book classes at any location, now it's not. Why did you do this?!? Please change it back to the last version. FRUSTRATING

Update broke the app. Used to bounce seamlessly between locations, book classes anywhere, always stayed logged in. Now it won't let me book at non-home studios, keeps kicking me out, charges me for classes, and doesn't recognize my membership. WHAT THE HELL HAPPENED?

Last version was better. Features are no longer in the app. Bad decision to update. Can't book at other studios. Was this even tested before it was released? I expect better. Is OrangeTheory getting to big and quality is suffering?

It used to have great functionality and now it doesn't recognise your account. It's frustrating as the staff are aware of this issue and there's been no communication on when there will be a resolution. This is below standard for an organisation of your size.

This app is full of problems. With every update it gets worse. Now I have to call the club to book classes because the app doesn't recognize my membership. Ridiculous.

I initially had no issues but with the new update I can't book new classes and I can't cancel current bookings. I book at two different locations during the week and do not want to call each time I need to adjust my schedule!

New update, new issues. Now I can't even see my registered classes on the app at all.

This is a very frustrating app. Quite frankly, it doesn't do much even when it works correctly. It's a multi studio scheduler. Unfortunately, I cannot book classes at a different studio from my home studio, nor can I cancel classes that I already scheduled at a different studio (when the app worked?

Recent update messed stuff up. It doesn't let me sign up for classes at OTFs that aren't my home. When I select another gym it logs me out and won't log me in unless I go back to my home gym.

I haven't had any issues until recently. I can't login to other locations without it asking for payment. My home location is the only place I can sign up for classes. Really frustrating.

Have been using it for 4 months now and it always has issues. I have to reinstall it every few weeks. Not very effective for today's app era.

The new update ruined the app. I can't sign up at any location other than my home location, and there is no record of any classes I've attended so far. There's other comments about people getting charged for classes that should be included in their membership, and I'm very worried that will happen if I continue using the app. Please fix.

It just allowed me to login with my credentials (which were failing previously since this update) but still doesn't recognize my OTF account as being paid by CC and asks me to pay by class. Something happened with link between billing, account database and front end app. Please fix this ASAP. I cannot use your service and I will cancel my unlimited account.
