You will not be able to cancel appointments or classes within 48 hrs. To make matters worse, they've "upgraded" their website to kick you to the app. I have been trying to cancel for 15 minutes, but will have to call or use a desktop. Hopefully, I'll remember tomorrow morning. So much for convenience!

I really like this app, it is easy and convenient to sign up for classes and book spa therapies. My only complaint is that whenever I open it for the first time, the app stops and takes me back to my phone's home screen; it's pretty annoying. Please fix it.
