Our 4-week training cycle offers 2 weeks of boot camp interval training followed by 2-weeks of resistance circuit weight training. We alternate upper and lower body training days throughout the week so training every day is much safer and highly effective. Our clients enjoy an option of a 3 or 5 day/week training package offered as a punch card or 12-week training program ( best discount).
