Fitness Meal Planner for Android
I've only just installed the app, and it is very buggy. I'm really interested though. Alot of freezing up when I'm in selection boxes. Samsung Trek 2 HAD tablet
No Paleo options. Deselecting grains gives "no night time carb" error. Useless for those not eating grains or sugars.
Great app would give give stars if it had to the ability to click off the items of food you did not eat in the day and it would give you the ability to see how many macros you actually had in the day vs how many you would have if you ate exactly every thing
This app could be absolutely brilliant with a 7 day food plan instead of just one day as it's annoying and time consuming to keep resetting the plan everyday. It would also be better with a one time fee as I don't see how having an extra few slots and tweaking a couple of measurements warrants a monthly fee of £2.69 - £12 odd. This is WELL overpriced so far but I would be willing to purchase the pro version if these changes were made.
So I download the app, build a grocery list of many vegan options (bulgur, seitan, tofu, tempeh, you get the idea) for more than I would usually spend for groceries. Quantities are NUTS. So I go home and follow the plan for a day. Next day comes...same meals...? Next day....same...? I realize it's too many meals and I'm having trouble keeping up, so I reduce the meal count, which creates a whole new list of meals that contain none of the four pounds of bulgur or ten pounds of tofu I was just instructed to buy. Not impressed.
Nutrition is probably the most important part when you work your fitness goals, and most complicated if you want to do it properly. This app makes it a breeze. However, it's food variety is very limited at the moment, making it single week-long diet.
Its great except for the fact that I have school regularly but summer is coming up so im hope my parent will buy the necessary ingredients so i can do this
I like the app. But when it comes to your specific body type and diets. There isn't much choices given. Can make dieting very boring.
Reminder for my noon meal goes off at midnight. It's a cool app but the selection is very limited. No variety in meals
I loved this app,it made me motivated, which im not used to before.i like their meal advices,i just hope to see some simple easy recipe thou.but all in all i am happy this app helped me a lot thanks.
Cool recepes good protein and fiber calculations check it out it's worth it
I need meat in my diet. I feel like this should be renamed vegitarian
I wanted to input my meals with exact or approximate proportions etc then get feedback regarding wether or not I needed to increase or decrease but I've got no bloody idea.
Good for giving a base plan then you can Further tweak it according to your requirements

This app is very helpful with setting up a diet based on macro nutrients. Very simple to set up a high protein low carb diet, or most anything else for that matter. The few recipes included in the app that I have tried have been pretty decent as well.
I previously used an older version of this app and it was pretty good. However, a recent update has broken this app. Any changes I make to meals do not properly apply and disappear when viewing my overall meal plan. This has disrupted my diet, and my workout schedule as well.
Very useful, but the UI is unresponsive and confusing. Sometimes, the cross button on tips doesn't work. I find scrolling through meals very distracting because of the unnecessary transition of shape.
Low protien high carb diets. Not good for bodybuilding. I can write one better myself. I thought this would save time. It wasted mine.
Hmm carbs at 10pm, right before bed. Everything I've learnt has told me this is not a good idea.
I believe this app is pretty good! I wouldn't trust everything it says to eat because not all full on diets are good for you it depends on what your doing too. I am using this to gain muscle better when I exercise and its been working out great! It makes it so much easier for me to shop it makes your shopping list for you! I highly recommend this app! Thank you very much fitness meal planner!
Put a keto option diet in there and you've cracked it. I tried to set my macros and calorie levels to reflect this , but it couldn't do it
Love this app!! My eating was all over the place, this app helps me select better choices and the right choice for my weight management effort.

I luv it ALMOST exactly what I've been searching for... If only there was a way to tweak specific dietary needs (ie if you're needing more iron in your diet) then it would be an easy 5 stars. Oh, and if u could make it easier to figure out how to select your "favs" would be great. (I've been clicking everything trying to find that little heart icon :/ LOL)
