A great app for keeping exercise motivated and structured. The only two things I would change is that the grammar is a bit odd in places and a little unclear (Maybe it was translated). Also, sometimes I like to mix up the order, but the app won't let you tick off one activity if you haven't done everything before it. But overall a great app.

I think it great! On beginner ab workout now. I just had a baby with a C- section so improvising something else in turn of the sit ups. Doing same amount with side leg lift with my one leg over other thigh. Super awesome on love handles. On day 8 and already see results! And I love how everything is one step at a time. Literally. Love love love it.

You do different work puts each day, continually pushing your body to become stronger and stronger, but not over doing it to the point where you are unable to keep up the following day. With break days in to let your body regenerize. The more committed you stay to it, the easier each of the moves gradually become.

This app is really convenient and easy to use! It would be great however to be able to get a mix of all the exercises of the different challenges that are ticked for each day. So you would just click on a day, and have squats, abs and cardio sets, for example, all at once and be able to cross them all off as you go instead of going into the challenges separately.

I have been doing this for a short 5 days (only the ab challenge) and i feel it in my lower abs and legs more then anything holy smokes.. Im doing 1 30 day challenge at a time due to it is in several places and hard to keep track of.. I never was good about sticking to a workout but this really helps i was not a gym freak but was fairly athletic but it surely works. Definitely sticking to this challenge and the others to see where it puts me.. I love this app. Only problem the notifications do not work

I'm on Day 12 of the ab challenge! The simplicity of the workout and different experience levels makes it easy for anyone to do! Only downside I've noticed is that notification/reminder isn't reliable, it hasn't worked for the past week.

It's a good way for people who don't normally exercise. It motivates you and challenges you to actually do the daily routines. The only thing that's annoying is that the person who wrote the directions did not check spelling and grammar...it's a bit confusing but I looked up how to do the different exercises on youtube

I started this 3 weeks after a cesarean. Sit ups have never been a problem for me but after being sliced, I found they had never hurt so much. This app was nice to have small goals. My only thought was to switch the number of crunches with the number of sit ups. Crunches are a little easier on back and hips.

Seems to be a great app. I do this every morning when i wake up for my warm-up/stretching before i hit the gym. Love the easy layout of the app. Only downfall is if you want to do every workout category like myself, you have to jump back and forth but otherwise a great app.

Very easy exercises to do. I have a back injury and a dislocated knee cap so I stick with low impact work outs. These are absolutely perfect for me. Can't wait to progress more and see results

I'm a fan of the variety of challenges available... As well as being able to set a daily reminder to make sure I'm doing each day. My favorite part, though, is the option to view a how-to for each move!

I love it. The only thing I would change is, I wish it would get to know me like I could put my name in it and how much I weigh so I can set goals. But its a exercise app so you can't expect a lot lol.

The workouts are challenging and different every day, so you won't get bored just doing the same thing. My only issue is with the terrible grammar which makes some explanations of exercises hard to understand and follow. Other than that, the app is great and has helped me a lot in my fitness journey.

I like the work out and how you gradually do more. The advertisements are a pain and going from screen to screen requires you to hit the back button 3+ times and by then, Ive usually accidentally clicked an advertisement. Take mw longer to navigate the app than use it almost.

Im getting back to exercising and this helps by slowly increasing the difficulty and changing it up. You have to check of the exercises in the order they're shown. Great exercises as well apart from the sit ups and crunches that can cause injuries. I'd suggest just do alternative exercises like leg lifts on pull up bar instead of sit up (if u have one) or just raise ur legs in 90 degrees instead of crunches.

I had down loaded all the other apps without realizing this had all of them in the series. Deleted the others and i'm just using this one. Good way to fit in exercises for the whole body. Even has a reminder you can set.

The only thing I don't like is when I'm done with one exercise it makes me go back to the main page. I would like it to just continue to the next challenge

I understand it's a free app so there will be ads. However, an ad popping up EVERY TIME I look at an exercise then navigate back to main list is just unacceptable. Why don't you just use a banner ad instead? App also needs spell-checking. Would rate 0 stars for ads, but giving 2 stars since the plans look good -- too bad I'm uninstalling and won't find out.

Great app so far :) nice to use as a guideline and add your own exercises to it. I use it to combine with my running & swimming work outs. Only thing is your are prone to incorrectly carry out the exercises if you're a beginner!

There are challenges for everybody part you want to tone up. If you start around your strength level and do the challenges daily, you will notice how much more reps you can actually do.

Great app, except it hasnt been proof read. i was looking at the instructions for floor tricep dips and it says "extent your elbow flexibly and lift body weight to enable the butt, touch the floor" - that is awful english. I understand there is probably a word limit but care should still be taken to ensure that it is written correctly.

These are exercises that anyone at any level of fitness can complete. Starts you small and you work larger with designated rest days. Wish you could see what each day holds without completing the previous days workout though.

I just started using this app, and it's just right, aside from two complaints: one, there is way too many ads, but that's a given for "free". Second is the should have it where you can list the exercises in a mixed group. Say you want to do abs and arms one day. Instead of going back out and into menus, you can list them together.

I really like having all of the 30 day challenges in one app; however I keep trying to publish it to Facebook and it won't do it on this 30 day challenge app like it does the individual ones. It's a pain having to have several separate apps just in order to have the ability to post my progress.

Good app. Escalates too quickly though. Go from doing 30 pushups and 30 sec side planks to over 300 crunches and 105 second side planks within a 2-week window.

It's only my second day but I love how they have different levels. Im only on beginner level 1 and Im doing all the challenges. I really like how they have it set up and it tells you how to do the moves.

Brilliant App, If you stick it out you really see a difference. Like me o did zero exercise and struggled at first but you start to feel your body strengthen and you can manage more and more.

I just wish I could save to share my progress in my fitness group on fb, who is also doing the challenge. When I try sharing it goes straight to messenger, but nothing comes up. Other than that it's an awesome app to keep on track.

The exercises are fine, it all seems to work OK, but the ui needs an extra page summarising all that is scheduled for today, especially if you do several challenges at once. You go to each challenge type and select the level (different for each one for me) and only then do I see the daily calendar which I need to check in order to get the plan for that day, for just this challenge. When moving to the next one I have to go back up and start drilling down into the next challenge before doing it.
