Use this to calculate your macros and then use the Lose It app to count your calories for the days based on the numbers this app provides. If you can't download, it's your phone or Google Play, not the app problem. Live healthy!
It is confusing me. Please clarify. It shows: Maintenance 2648 cal/day, Fat Loss 1974 cal/day , Bulking 2838 cal/day & BMR 1639 cal/day and then Carbs, Protein & Fats required per day for all of these separately. I want to know whether I need a total of Maintenance+Fat Loss+Bulking+BMR number of calories per day to remain fit? Do I need to eat the total grams of Carbs, Protein and Fat for fitness? Please help.
This takes the stress out of calorie counting and helps you adhere to your daily caloric limit regardless of your activity level. It helps me with planning meals in advance as well!
Great at first glance but doesn't have the functions I want. I want to track my intake so I do lose weight. Disappointed because it did look good.
Very new and terms were unfamiliar e.g. BMR and various calorie calculators. After becoming informed, I understood the intent of the calculations. Easy to use and a very good start for identifying calories and macro targets. No experience with other macro calculators.
1st tweak i would provide a description between the 3 formulas you have to choose. 2nd tweak i would also place information regarding the diet options what you expect to loose and how it would effect you once you return to regular eating
Love this app it makes it so much easier to keep track of my Macros and Stay within my meal plan the ONLY thing that I could say that would help this app is a list of food nutrition facts so you can make a custom meal plan right from the app
This app is brilliant ! The user interface is simple and elegant. This app contains every information that I needed to achieve my fat loss goal. This app truly deserves 5 stars. Kudos to the author!
The all-in-one and macronutrient calculators are very useful for fixing your diet. I like how you can change the calorie formula. Consider adding a running pace calculator to complement the 1RM calculator, since this is a "fitness" calculator and not just a diet calculator.
Interesting I live on balance eating habits no diet or counting calories. But it gives me facts to maintain or lose weight and is got options for the ones on diet too . I like how macro level works to moderate how much junk you can eat so you won't go crazy or feel depraved. Is keeping it real life without the drama of healthy living.
I wad wondering is that for an exercised based calculation. I'm not sure how all of those individual slots work? Please help?
Makes quick work of any diet, training and cardio changes. Gives you the ability to redo macros on the fly, something that we had to do by hand back in the day.
It is something all new to me and I'm loving every moment of myfitness program.
Not something you thought you'd find particularly useful, so it's surprisingly good. Macros approved by my PT. A+
Great so to simply be able to do these cumbersome formulas that must be Googled. Also great for working out calories and macros on the go when you need to be updating your diet frequently
This is a very nice high quality tool. I'm impressed with the layout and the ease of use. Some of the information still puzzles me. A very nice app.

Super easy. I was confuse about my macro and amounts recommended. It helps me understand my body necessities and to have a better understanding for my meal prep.
The fact that it can automatically calculate all of your calories/macros is super nice. Then I love that it can give you a caloric/macro total depending on if you want to maintain, cut, or bulk.
Good Overall app. Ease of use was only my only downside but it is a great tool to have.
Doesn't have a place to enter workout/running to track calories in verses calories out. Knowing your macros and running/workouts is great but there's no way to track it.
Nice little app. I use this along with another that allows me to calculate where I'm getting my calories from and it works wonders. I just adjust my daily intake to my activity level and I've been steadily dropping 1-2lbs a week.
The description talks about calorie counting, and fitness, but there is nothing in this app to calculate your caloric intake. It also does nothing to ACTUALLY log your eating/weight loss. Sure, you can change your profile & it gives you new numbers, but why not a tracker of your weight, a meal log, calorie counter, SOMETHING. Not what I was hoping for
I enjoy using it. Although I struggle with my finger position with the heart monitor. That's me though and nothing to do with the app.

This app does it all. No guess work. It is a fitness must!
It does perfect calculations. I cross checked it. I couldn't understand, how it calculate one rap Max though. I bench press 60 kg with 9 reps and it says my 1 rep max is 80 kg whereas I can do 4 reps with 80 kg. Great app anyways. handy. happy to know that it is developed by an Indian. :)

The calculation and diagram is wrong on the low Carb diet, 35% fat shows as less grams than 15% carbs. Disappointed for such a highly rated app.
Great app, breaks down all my micro nutrients for my weight so I know exactly what ratio my individual meals need to be
Easy to use. Simple layout and handy tools to figure out intake. I like the ability to toggle between the different formulas.
Nice to have the calculator at my fingers. I sometimes need to remind myself I am eating the right amount. Also like the heart rate ranges. Helps me stay in range.
Maybe it's just me but I do not understand this app at all.... I entered all the info but it really isn't providing me with what I need. I am interested in knowing how many calories have been burned depending on time, reps, weight, etc. This is either not what I am looking for or need better instructions.
I love this!!! Great for calculating my macros. I've had good results using this and doesn't deprive me food!!!!!
This is your app. I've tried so hard to find an app that simply tells me the protien I need to bulk up I addition to working out. Not only is this only the second of roughly a dozen apps. To actually do that, it.tells me needed carbs, fat, and makes me a rough estimate per meal, deciding it in up to 7 meals a day. I love it!! Stop looking and use it!
Excellent. Very easy to use, you can choose your preferred 'diet' and it works out your macros. Very good -_-

I liked your ideas in the app. Especially katch-McArdle formula because i dont have to do it personally now as I am getting precise answers from your app whether I am bulking, wanna maintain or lose fat. It is must have app in the phone those who are fitness freaks. Give it a try mates you won't regret it.
