I haven't started yet, but I look through the video and the workouts seem simple and I like the fact that is a short workout because face it you guys it gets overwhelming working out for hours. I tried the Insanity program I actually finish the entire 60 day challenge and thinking about repeating it made me tired lol so I think I'll stick with a 7 minute workout instead. Thanks!! :) :)
