Gym Workout Tracker & Trainer for Android
Well look the app nice but doesn't worth 12 $ to pay on full program..I mean women workouts like 3 or 5 ..and all man so am I supposed to train like a man? ? Most of the training have machine press and I don't have it in my gym ..so a lot I need rebuild myself ..I mean really 12$ ??? For what I'm sorry but I'm not satisfied. .I'm a professional not amateur. .I'm was expecting more cool ones like how pro athletes and famous ppl do workouts..I think u should added one important thing ..
Awesome app. As I am not a body builder it was awesome getting an app that showed me different workouts and allowed me to create my own work out schedule. Only requests are to add more workouts with free weights for those without gyms. Or a sub category that separates free weights from machines. Also, allowing you to split the sets apart for each work out so you can go onto a different workout then come back to it later. Other than that still a 5 Star app.
This app is great and the free version gives enough ideas when working out. I go gym and have a plan but somedays i cant make it and only have dumbells and bench at home so this is great for finding exercises for partcular areas to do at home. Its also good for finding an alternative to muscle groups so if theres something incant do i can look for an alternative... great app
I have had several workout apps and this is by far the best one. I like how it shows your last weights and times in between sets as well as in between exercises. Only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is I wish it had a place for notes during exercises example form was sloppy or two light. But overall, very good!
Great app, really easy to use and explains everything really clearly, so perfect for anyone including novices. Preset workouts are varied and challenging and the fact you can track progress. I'm only giving 4 stars because it does crash a fair bit, maybe on 1/3 workouts, but I still recommend it!
Wish you could add exercises during the workout and change rest times between sets. It's missing some key exercises too (how did they miss bent over row?! Standing overhead press?? Smh) but overall I like it and it's very useful.
I was looking for an app that I could use for guidance in the gym, seeing as I'm tired of doing gym classes and wanted to start using the weight machines more, and doing different exercises. I've found this to be perfect for that. It would be better if there were more than 2 free routines, but the fact that you can build your own routines kind of makes up for it.
Love the interface and overall Aesthetic and usability. My I would just love if there was an overall summary page so you could look back and see how much you lifted overall and in how much time. Would also like to see a few more exercises added but that's just me being picky. I do truly love this app though. Does wonders with helping me keep track of my workouts.
The range of complete workouts and focused muscle workouts is amazing it's the first app I've come across like this one and I mean comes along way for me from using the p90x program. I can select 4day programs, supersets athletic, toned legs and each one kicks my ass everytime
I emailed them to ask for a trial or so before I purchase since the 2 generic free workouts are crap. I got a rude answer that they provide already these 2 free workouts and nothing more. When you asked 13.99€ you should be able to provide a decent trial or test of the product. Shame because this app looked promising.
Love it so far, but when I start my workout the yellow time indicator starts flashing like crazy for some reason, I'd really like to see this fixed since seeing that makes it kinda unusable, apart from that it's amazing. EDIT: Emailed support and it was due to my animation scale being turned off, it's fixed now.
I really enjoy the interface and how easy it is to navigate through everything, and as a beginner weight lifter, I loved the 2 free workouts! The premium workouts look so promising but I really don't want to pay a subscription, and the lifetime price is to high for me, thus the reason I'm giving this a 2 star rating.
Crashed during game a workout and that was frustrating. I thought all the weight I recorded and the reps were lost. That was not the case as long as you check the save for future workouts. Outside of that, a really great app. The crash was most likely
Application is really good but it's like having everything but still nothing!! When u open the app the first thing u see is the lock sign as everything is locked and if u want to use it you have to pay them... Otherwise app is excellent..
-Lacking a lot excercises -the free generic workouts are crap -the price is too high for an app that doesn't offer anything special -no pendley row? Do you even lift, brah? +the app interface is neat
Enter free you cannot beat this app. It is the best fitness app out there. I wear Under Armour shoes Under Armour record MapMyFitness MyFitnessPal all by Under Armour. And this Freak Fitness is right up there with those highly name friends
Just started back in the gym and as i am normally on my own there I wanted a decent structured workout without the cost of a personal trainer, this is the perfect thing. Alter the workouts to match equipment available and of you go. Shame you only get 2 workouts for free though.
it's good app except not containing muscle diagram for every exercise about primary, secondary and auxiliary muscles. most free trining apps contain this feaure. please add it and i will buy it for life time :)
Great workout app. Best one on app store. I've created my own workouts for me and for my trainees and it has worked out great. Great tools. No longer need to carry around my tablet or a stopwatch to record my strength progress. I'd refer this app to anyone training to become stronger.
The workouts are good but I think the app might use more updates to those workouts. I have downloaded and paid for it but I don't think the workouts were updated for at least 3 months. The other thing is it closes suddenly when in background which is very irritating when you are doing and logging a workout in the gym. I admit it helps me in the gym as a beginner but the only I stick to it is because I invested in it . I think it still needs some work.
This is crap....unless you buy it. Only 2 free workouts and all the others are locked unless you pay. I'll be looking for a similar app but free instead of this one.
Starting to feel the burn and soreness after my workouts now. This gives you just enough structure. I expect the results to be pretty sick
Very very well put together app that will guide any gym novice to gym proficiency. The pictures descriptions and videos of the moves are a life save that help you keep form.
Really good app for tracking workouts, 1 suggestion I would have is that people should be able to easily change the exercises and the grip/bar combinations of an exercise while in the middle of a workout. I find that if I need to change a workout slightly because of a bench-hogger or broken equipment it's not very easy to do. Especially when "start workout" has been pressed.
So far so good. I'm pretty picky as far as work out routines go and I've never paid for an app ever before but I definitely think it was a good investment! I used to pay $50-70 for ONE program from a PT so $20 for a year and a vast variety of workouts is just money in the pocket!! I love the way you can pick how many days a week you work out, that you can enter the weight and reps for each set and you can skip to different exercises within the routine if your machine is taken. Love it so far!
I work with a trainer one day a week and they give me homework for the rest of the week to do on my own. Its my first week using it, but so far this app is great for helping me keep up with my workouts and progress, but the only thing I see missing is ability to log exercises that aren't listed in the tool. I have quite a few that aren't so I'm having to manage those separately. It would be ideal if it had that feature.
For someone that walked past machines in the gym & didn't know what to do besides cardio, this app is still helping me a lot. Let's see how different I look in a month....
I like it great app. Good ideas and outline. My only concern is that maybe in the future you guys make an update so when I look at my progress it shows me some graph or chart.
Great app. My local gym seemed overwhelming to me until this app. Multiple choices for work out plans. Was easy to find and follow a plan that siuted for me. Thank you!
Good app coz it has a lot of the equipment you use at the gym, but just two work out routines are free, all the good ones you have to pay for. Atleast let us try the proper routines before asking for money
Love the app. Great content and very informative. Easy to navigate. The workout plans are a bit too expensive for me though. Other than that, I like everything else about it. Thanks!
I like it. It just needs the ability to add your own exercises - it's missing bent-over rows (bizarrely) and deadlifts variations like Sumo Deadlifts and stiff Legged Deadlifts. It'll never cover everything no matter how augmented the database and an ability to add your own would solve this. Also, I like to do 5 sets per lift after a light weight warm-up set and it only permits 5 sets total per exercise. Information about primary and secondary muscles worked per exercise would be an important addition. Apart from those suggestions the app is really very good.
This is great for people like me who usually go to the gym by themselves and don't know a large variety of workouts! My only issue is that some of the workouts aren't available without purchase, I could really use the "Skinny to Muscular" guide. But still, it's a great app!
I didnt know how yo use the machines in the gym i go to. But this app helps you out by showing you pictures and videos on how to do the workout your doing. Its an amazing app i highly recommend it to yall.
It's easy to use, has tons of workouts predetermined for any user level and all of them are adjustable. Keep track of your weight and max/reps and so much more. Well worth the full purchase price which was really cheap.
I've been using this app 4 months & it's great. But it needs improvement. One area is depth. D app needs more depth In d workouts 4 different parts of the body. Another improvement should been your typing in your weight it only lets 4 characters 2 be written & not 5 which is super annoying. Eg. a few days I was doing bench press. At that time I could bench 40kg & I wanna to do was add the weight 1.25. but when I try to write it in the app since only 4 characters are allowed only "41.2" and not "41.25"
It seems like it's done really well, but once you download it you'll soon find out that 90% of the app is locked unless you go premium, which is a big let down
I only have the free version. I love that it separates what workouts I can do for different muscle groups. It gives me a great starting point to know what I want to do going to the gym and best of all, being a novice, it's great that it has short, simple videos and gifs to show you the technique.
It crashes everytime i'm about to finish my workout. When u fix that u'll get 5 stars. Now u have 4,i love this app.

I've tried numerous workout apps over the past 2 years and have purchased almost all of the available upgrades for them. They always fell short of what I needed or were full of bugs. This app is the best one that I have found. I did the 3 month subscription to try it but will definitely purchase the lifetime option when it is done. So many different workouts to try and they are fun. The only thing I wish this had is the ability to add notes for different exercises. Other than that, it is perfect.
