This is a demo application that helps you stay fit. The application displays all the vital indices like daily sleep, daily water consumption, the calories you burnt today. A band would monitor the distance you traveled which the application will display.
The application also gives you a Vibra - Reminder every hour to have a glass of water. The Coaches motivate and push you to stay fit.
