The customer support is so screwed up. They won't even respond. And the app has lot of bugs.. UI is not good. But the concept is good, decent coverage of gyms and fitness centres. Unless the customer support is good, no point of running it.

I called few of the gyms listed in the app and they refused to be associated with fitmein and didn't accept Fitcoins. I finally made booking in one gym but they cancelled my access few hours after getting the confirmation SMS and email. What a waste! Guys please check with the gyms you're planning to go to before you spend your money on Fitcoins. Better to be safe than sorry.
