I am unable to comprehend WHY any company would make an app available that doesn't work with the opsystems that the majority of people have on their phones today. It's like NASA trying to send a man to the moon in a covered wagon. This app is useless and a total piece of junk! The developers should be embarrassed!

This app is cool but it keeps stop responding all day, every day. Didn't have this issue until I upgraded my phone.

Stopped syncing to the cloud and no one from the support group is helping. I send them emails and called them directly still no help.

What a shockingly awful app. Every time I try and update the data. from the pebble to my device it fails miserably and has crashed my phone twice. Going to look for an alternative as this is awful.

The app doesn't sync. When I try to sync it after it finding my Pebble+ it says add device so then I add it and it says not registered.

Doesn't sync throughout the day. Tried all recommendatiins given including uninstalling and reinstalling ; nothing.

This used to work, but now that's it's updated it will not connect/pair. It's all bugged.

Please get all these issues fix as soon as possible.... great concept but poor execution....

It's not working..I can't open it. The only way to use the app is to open it from the play store down loaded page. And once you can use it. ..it's great! !!!please fix it.

not work with one phones that have 6.0. When is the next update?!?!

My phone just updated to Android 6.0 and now the app opens all the time over other apps! Uninstalled and reinstalled, but no luck! Fix ASAP!

Can you please add support for the original pebble via USB attached to an OTG cable? This should be extremely easy.

Samsung Note 3. Pebble syncs to app but then app doesn't cloud sync to my website. Help???

The app won't launch more often than it works.

Works ok on my phone. It can be a bit tricky for my pebble to sync sometimes and show my results on the phone. I like that it shows the battery life of the pebble and the utilization of bluetooth to connect it. Seems to sync with walkadoo better now. Its sadly a lot easier to use the phone app than it is to use the usb sync the pebble came with for the computer. Could be more user friendly.

When I installed the app, sync refresh was slow, but at least it happened. No option to manually initiate a sync, which was annoying. That was yesterday. Today, it won't sync at all, and it says that I didn't do anything at all yesterday. UPDATE: Now, my pebble won't even communicate with the syncpoint at work. You guys gotta get your act together on this one...

Doesn't sync with Galaxy Note 4. So what's the point? Please fix.

I have a pebble from work and have been trying to get it to work with this app for 3 days. If it finds the pebble it no longer opens...have uninstalled and reinstalled it multiple times. Now I can't add the device because I can' t connect to the server. All my other apps are connecting to THEIR servers with no problem. Will just keep using my phone to track steps.

Cute little thing just wish it worked. I got mine through work. I was excited about the challenge but...was never able to get it to work. Support tried to help, had me return it for a replacement, the replacement is a "pre owned" one , sort of crudy, won't sync either. I guess you get what you pay for. I give up, the promotion at work is over anyway. I would not recommend this device.

It's always been buggy but workable. Now that I got an Android OS 6 update it's not syncing at all.

My phone updates to Android OS 6 Mashmallow and now my Fit Connect app does not work.

Can't say much about it. I got my Pebble+ through my work over two months ago. I have been trying to sync it with my computer then my Samsung Galaxy 5 S but no success.. I am having better luck at tracking my steps with my OMRON step tracker. Only wish my Pebble would work. I have not given up yet. I have contacted tech support. Can't really give it a fair rating. I guess for now I am not liking it.

Always locks up and I have to force stop to get a reading, if I go back later to check status again it's locked up and again force stop and so on

I was really liking my phone app but I believe the bug fix enhanced the problem instead of fixing it. The Pebble+ will pair with my device but then it just gets stuck when trying to open the app. Please fix :(...

Once I got a pebble plus instead of a pebble I was able to get it connected very quickly and see my data. I was never able to get my regular pebble connected - it only works with a pebble plus. I'll give it five stars if it continues to function well.

The only way this app will open for me is if I unistall and reinstall every single day. I have an LG G4 phone and this is very irritating, I don't have have time to be doing this throughout the day to see my progress....getting a different tracking device so I can use an app that works.

Won't sync

It says it doesn't support Android 5.0, but maybe it does? On Android 5.1, it connected to the Pebble+, but that was about it. A few days later, after rooting my phone (coincidence?), it started working. It's a little slow to do the cloud sync, but giving it a minute or jiggle the Pebble+ and restart the app and it works. It actually appears to work fine as well when sideloaded on an Amazon Fire Phone. Hoping when they finally update this app, that they also make it work with Google Fit too.

Just started this and have only been able to see progress once. Open it and it just spins like its trying to connect. Needs a lot of fixing per all the comments.

Agree with everything said by the negative reviews. App takes forever, only worked twice. Better off with an old school pedometer. Glad I didn't pay for this Pebble.

Constantly crashes right when you open the app and takes forever to update results from pebble. Please fix and I will re-review.

I would love it if it would work. It seems to be acting worse. I uninstalled it then reinstalled it now it won't connect to my Pebble even after numerous tries

Instead of making me buy a new Pebble, how about making this app talk to my existing SyncPoint dongle via my phone's USB OTG port ? Why on earth did you only support proprietary wireless in the first place ? Would very much prefer to sync via an Android mobile device than a clunky Windows PC.

Having issues getting the app to load, then when it does. It wont sync

Love the app and glad I can upload my steps. All I ask if y'all can see about letting us link it to apps like S Health and Google Fit. And similar apps. THAT Would B Awesome If Y'all Can Try AND Do THAT For US. Other than that pretty cool app.

If you play with this app long enough, you can figure out how to make it sync. I've had it on 2 phones and both were tricky!!
