Dukan Diet Free for Android
This app does not follow the Dukan diet. During the attack fase you should not have no veg at all this includes small onion or tomato. Tomato contains sugar which will break the ketosis process.
I've lost 20 lbs on the dukan in 3 weeks. Many of these recipes are NOT Dukan approved. 5 tablespoons of honey in the Attack Phase??? Rubbish, can't trust any of it.
I like the recipes of desserts more than the main dish.. i would love if some soup recipes and salads will be added

A couple of years ago a first came across this diet and followed it religiously with effective results, but now with the app and the new recipes is much easier and a more varied menu. Recommend this!
Useful app, I can understand the diet easily and wonderful recipes
It is not. Read the book. This app is useless, written in jargon and missed the whole point of the dukan diet. For example Monsieur Dukan stresses that you never need to count calories, page 1 of the app talks of eating 1600 calories.

DukaN diet
There was no way to type in your daily weight and no decimal points so werent able to record an accurate weight. To put you weight in you had to press the plus button till you got to your weight each day
These are not all Dukan approved for the attack phase. Very first recipe has wheat flour. Another BBQ Pork recipe calls for honey. May be good recipes, but if you are trying to do the Dukan right, you'll need to look through ingredients and know what is & is not allowed and adjust accordingly.
Great app, explains the diet well, and the recipes are really helpfully. Mind you not sure what some of the abbreviations stand for!

This appeal does not provide information on how to use it, and really only has one tool, the log, which I can't even figure out what that is for. No description on how to use it or what it is for.
Can't select recipes from different phases
This app seems really good at finding recipes but not very good at explaining the diet. They should include a legend for their numerous abbreviations or better yet just spell words out. More stars when I don't have to research outside the app to understand how it works.

Trying to find recipes using ingredients I have, has no recipes for beans, carrots, oranges, ect.
These meals sound amazing, you'll hardly believe you're on a diet....until you see carbs in some of the pictures in this app...even tho the recipe doesn't include them...whatever tons of good recipes and ideas !
Good, really good. I only wish I had found this earlier. Am now over half way to my goal, 4 stone down, just 2 1/2 to go. The new recipes are a great boost.

There are quite a few recipes that break the rules of the attack phase. One that struck me was oat bran muffins, which are carbs. There is a reason you only eat 1.5 tablespoons and not 8 per muffin, which is labelled as an eat all you want. That, and only attack phase works, everything else is unaccessible or missing.
