About Track: Thousand Meter Training
In track, the 10,000-meter race is an Olympic event in which requires the athlete to have specific running and stamina conditioning. This GPS tracking app will provide you with beginner to advanced workouts to allow you to get the best ten thousand meter race time. There are three goal times in this program:
- Beginner- 38:00 minutes
- Intermediate – 34:000 minutes
- Competitive – 30:000 minutes
This race is the longest standard track event, equivalent to about 6.2 miles. Coaches and track athletes use this program to get ready for the season and meets.
