About Medicine Ball Training

Med Ball for Explosive Strength - This is super important for sports performance. Explosive strength is the ability to provide maximum force over short periods of time for movements such as -- jumping, leaping off the ground, sprinting, throwing, kicking, etc. Plyometric exercises are some the most effective for building this type of explosion. This program adds a medicine ball to plyometric moves -- increasing the challenge and calorie burning -- recruiting fast-twitch muscle fibers that support explosive strength and power.
Engaging Your Core - In this program, the Med Ball is used to add resistance to core and abdominal exercises. For example, there is an exercise where you hold a medicine ball when doing you’re crunches for more resistance or work your obliques while holding a medicine ball and doing Russian twists.
Develop Balance - The med ball is used in this program to also improve balance and challenges your balance.
Increase Hand-Eye Coordination - There are several examples in this app where Med Balls are tossed and caught for exercise purposes, but also will improve hand-eye coordination.
Fun, Exciting & Enjoyable - Med Ball routines in this app are more enjoyable than for example holding dumbbells or a kettlebell -- as the ball adds an element of variety and fun to a workout.

Sucks big time. Only 3 weeks of workouts before wanting money. Doesn't really focus on medicine ball workouts.
