The core, in a sense, holds the body and provides pressure to help support your body's infrastructure. This program includes exercises such as a leg curl and back hyperextension (Pilates exercise), that actively develop these groups and help make your core functions stronger.

Abdomen and Hip Flexors - A few of the lower muscles support body functions used in sports and can also be used for injury prevention and/or rehab physical therapy.

Balancing Muscle Groups - For handling heavy weights or when performing functional daily movements, the back muscles are trained to provide balance in conjunction with the chest muscles.
