About Ultimate Leg Exercise Program

Focuses on the Following Muscles
Hamstrings - Located around back of the thighs. Functions of the hamstrings are the opposite of the quads. Their main role is knee flexion, that is characterized by curling your knee backward.
Glutes/Gluteal (Butt) - Butt muscles include the gluteus maximus, medius and minimus. The glutes are powerful, whose job is hip extension and adduction.
Hip Abductors (Outer Thighs) - Located on the outer thigh area. Works in tangent with the glutes.
Hip Adductors (Inner Thighs) - Opposite of hip abductors - feel these by squeezing your thighs together.
Hip Flexors - Hip flexors are a group in the upper-thigh to frontal-hip area.
Quadriceps (Quads) - The quadriceps are the large muscles that make up the front of your thigh. The quads’ most important job is knee extension. Knee extension is demonstrated by straightening your from a bent-knee position. Also, hip flexion, raising your knee toward your chest is an example.
Calves - This program works both the gastrocnemius and soleus muscle in your calves.
