About Jump Rope Workouts

This is just one of several sports conditioning apps - part of the PRO Sports Conditioning membership.

Complete jump rope program to improve footwork, speed & agility.

Whether you play basketball, football, hockey, or almost any other sport, footwork is essential! Fitivity’s Jump Rope Training workouts include multiple of training drills that will test your coordination, quickness, and conditioning. Each level gets increasingly harder and includes stationary and on the move jump rope training.

Not only if you into athletics - if you are trying to lose weight or just get fit, jumping rope is the perfect method!

App Benefits

Improves Coordination - improves your coordination by making you focus and be lighter on your feet. For athletes - these exercises simulate movements they would make in a sports game or match, allowing a player to become familiar with the movement and develop proper balance when performing.

Faster Feet - improves overall foot speed, agility and quickness.

Decreases Foot and Ankle Injuries - players in basketball, football and other sports often suffer foot and ankle injuries from running and then decelerating quick and turning. This training increases your strength in the muscles surrounding your ankle joint and in your foot.

Burns Major Calories - Skipping at a very intermediate rate burns 10 - 16 calories/minute. Ten minutes of skipping is the equivalent to running an 8-minute-mile.

Improves Cardiovascular Health - skipping a few times a week regularly will increase your heart and lung health.

Improves Your Ability to Stay Calm - the improved ability skip in sync with your body, mind, and the rope -- helps you become calm in other life or sports situations.

Improved Breathing Efficiency - in addition to improved heart health and stamina, it will also improve the efficiency of your respiratory system.

Improves Bone Density - by simply jumping regular hops, you will actually strengthen the bones.

Makes You Smarter - It has been shown the it helps in the development of the left and right hemispheres of your brain, which further enhances spacial awareness, improves reading skills, increases memory and makes you more mentally alert.

Jumping rope is an important conditioning method for many professional athletes, so why not you too? Improved footwork and agility can take you to the next level as an athlete, but even if you don’t desire sport or competition, it serves as a fantastic form of exercise to improve overall fitness and conditioning. Think of all the boxers, who used advanced jump roping exercises to become quicker and more agile. Conditioning in this manner helps them land accurate punches in a flash, while the average athlete does not think of conditioning his or her body to improve agility!
