About Football Running Back Program
This is just one of several football apps - part of the Football PRO membership.
This program utilizes workouts done on the football field and in the weight room to help you become a dominant football running back.
This app will help you become an athletic football running back whether you are playing in youth pop warner leagues, high school, college, or professional leagues. This app includes conditioning workouts in the weight room and for training on the field.
The weight room workouts will make you stronger, faster, and more powerful - utilizing strength progression drills so you are in top shape to perform on the field. On the field, we will demonstrate how to run different routes and moves so you are able to dominate the game and juke opponents. The app includes agility drills and demonstrates key skills to help you become a better football running back, tail back or full back.
