About Five Thousand Meter Training
This GPS training app will guide you through multiple levels of running training, with the overall goal to increase your 5000 meter race speed. There are three programs for three different goal paces:
- Runner: 18:00 minutes
- Racer: 16:00 minutes
- Elite: 14:00 minutes
This app was designed for track athletes and coaches to prepare for races and meets during the track season.
