About Disc Golf Strength & Control

Disc Golf requires a very specific set of athletic abilities in order to get maximum power on each shot. This app isolates the muscle groups utilized in this sport.
This program focuses on increasing both strength and flexibility to improve your power potential in Disc Golf. Improving strength will allow you to put more power on the disc as the faster your hand is moving at the point of release, the farther it will go. The app also focuses on flexibility enhancement (stretching) to improve your power potential by improving joint range of motion, allowing the muscle groups and their force to act on the joint for a greater distance.
After your foundation baseline strength is acquired, the program has you working on the muscles that are used significantly during the drive. The muscles included are: the legs, hip, glutes, core (rotational), shoulders (posterior), and triceps. Additionally, the program focuses on the forearms and gripping muscles in the hands (fingertip control).

Training programs are demonstrated and designed by collegiate athletes, professional athletes, elite high school athletes, and certified trainers and instructors.

All these apps aren't even specific to the sport, they just grab workouts from the huge database of one's they have and it's generic. Not one mention of the sport is supposedly trains you for. Entire library off apps are this way, very lame.
