Boxing is a sport that requires speed, power, footwork in stamina. This app will help you achieve it all and allow you to dominate boxing physically. After completing this program you will have a quicker jab and more power in your punches. These are the same routines created by professional trainers and used by many amateur boxers around the world!
Boxing matches use either 2 or 3 minute rounds. The training simulates this by utilizing high intensity interval circuit training, which has you work hard for a bit and then take short breaks.
Types of Training Used In App
Resistance - The program helps you develop the upper and lower body muscles groups necessary for the sport utilizing bodyweight resistance and weight lifting.
Circuits - Used to develop aerobic fitness, anaerobic capacity, strength/speed endurance and the ability to maintain movement under fatigue.
Plyometrics and Footwork & Foot Speed Drills - Footwork and agility are very important in all combat sports. The fighter with the best footwork can create the best angles and get their opponent off balance.
Weight Management – Workouts ensure that your weight is always being managed.
Injury Prevention – The app's training puts a huge amount of stress and pressure on the muscles and joints. For this reason, the program also includes a full mobility cool down, as well as circuits such as self myofascial release.
