About Basketball Forward Athleticism

This app focuses on helping basketball forwards and centers become stronger, faster, increase their vertical and be more explosive on the court!
To be able to play the 4 or 5 position at the next level, you have to have muscle, be athletic, and properly conditioned. This is a specific conditioning program designed for front court players that focuses on the following:
- Increase vertical jump -- allowing more dunks, put backs, tip ins and power layups
- Increase upper body strength -- chest, biceps, triceps, shoulders, deltoids, back -be able to take physical contact
- Improve lower body power & explosiveness - to drive through contact
- Core strength & torque
- Reaction time and quickness
Basketball forwards need to be physically fit in order to dominate their position. In order to pull down rebounds, sprint the floor and guard other big men -- you need to train smart with this progression training program.
