About Baseball Pitching Conditioning

This app is for serious baseball pitchers who are looking to get in top pitching shape during the off season. This program utilizes workouts in the weight room that will help you get strong and develop the stamina to dominate on the mound during real games. Get your arm, hips, and legs to a point were they are powerful and able to throw a baseball up to 90 plus miles per hour. Also, be able to pitch into late innings and still be a dominate force late into the season.
These exercises are for beginners to advanced pitchers. If you do this program for two months you will see incredible results. Whether you are in high school, college or entering the pros - this program will help you.
The forward movement of the lower body being initiated with the hips/butt/glutes is a crucial movement if a pitcher wants to develop top velocity. In other words, the faster a pitcher moves down the mound with proper timing of all actions, the faster the ball will be thrown. For this reason, this program focuses on full-body exercises that build up the lower body (dead lifts, squats, etc.), in addition to upper body and arm strengthening routines that develop the throwing arm, scaps, shoulder or rotator cuff.
