About Ballet Strength & Conditioning

Ballet is a type of dance that requires the athlete to be extremely fit. Ballet is NOT like most sports or dances, in fact, it is very strenuous on certain muscle groups, your joints, etc. This program focuses on getting your body in top ballet shape, so you are able to execute complex moves in practice and during dance recitals.
These types of dancers perform conditioning or cross-training exercises to complement their dance training and to help prevent injuries.
