About Barre Workouts & Exercise

Conditioning program that focuses on barre, ballet, and body weight exercises.
This program focuses primarily on barre workouts for dancers who perform contemporary, modern or traditional ballet. The program guides you through multiple levels of barre training and routines that push you to the limit to help you build flexibility, mobility, balance, and coordination through beginner to advanced moves. You will find some barre strengthening workouts also included for increased excitement and intensity. These will develop the parts of your body most often used in ballet and give you an opportunity to try something a little bit different!

Makes you stronger - The isometric contractions that make up the majority of the exercises in app occur when the muscle tenses without changing length. These short, one-inch movements help you hold posture and benefit from continuously engaging the muscle.
Targets multiple areas simultaneously - Routines in this program are highly efficient, since you’re doing two to four movements—holding, pulsing, stretching—all at once. Working all these areas at the same time also helps raise the heart rate and improves mind and body concentration

Decreases cellulite - This type of aerobic exercise will get rid of cellulite and are great for fat burning.
Improves overall flexibility - Stretches and elongates the joints and ligaments, so bulk is reduced and therefore balance and alignment are achieved. You will increase your range of motion, blood flow, mobility, and overall athleticism.
Increases bone health - The constant tension and resistance placed on the body during these movements have an effect on bones that makes them stronger, which is key to fighting off osteoporosis with age.
