Suspension Workouts by Fitify for Android
Loved the non complicated clean layout. Purchased the premium version. Gaps between alternate sides are somewhat short at time.. but no biggie. I just pause it..and go ahead.
Do it right and don't cheat yourself and this app will wreck you. Give a couple of bucks and get the custom workout feature. It's worth it.
Great app, it's already part of my weekly schedule. Really easy to follow and adjustable to fit your level. Things I'd like to see: settings for beginner, intermediate and expert when selecting upper/lower body etc. For example the 4 types of pushups in a row is too much for anyone but a true athlete and you'll find yourself in a heap on the floor when time could be spent on other exercises and resting the muscles you've just exhausted. Mix inthe pushups with other floor exercises (so you're not adjusting the length). It would also be good to have different rest times dictacted by whether you need to adjust length between exercises. If you're not adjusting then a shorter rest time is fine and keeps heart pumping, but if you're going from long to short or vice versa you'll need another 5-10 seconds to ensure you have the length and potentially your feet correctly in stirrups (which can take a few seconds too). Small things but would make this perfect! Also gamification, for example advancing week on week and earning rewards etc to add that fun when the novelty has worn off could help some stick with it. Keep up the great work!
Best app I have seen for suspension workouts. Love the comprehensive exersize list and everything is free except if you want a customs exersize workout, but definitly worth investing in. Great app thank Fitify apps.
I like the wide range of exercises. Went for the premium version. Love it so far. Unfortunately the personal workouts don't allow to create a tabata session with 20s on and 10sec off. Agree that easier and harder options for every exercise would be a plus. Otherwise would rate with 5 stars.
I think the app is great. A few things I think that could be improved on is the voice of the trainer. Also maybe letting the user know what length the straps need to be at mid calf, fully extended and so on. Other than that this app delivers on great workout.
I really like the app, the only problem and a big one for me, is that when you doing in a pro version your own workout, it's don't appear on other devices I have, so if I made an workout on my Android tv, and I want to go exercise outside with my phone, I have to do it all over again. please fix it some how.
I installed suspension ropes/rings and even though I know it is on tight I'm having a hard time trusting so my form isn't prefect, but this app mashes my purchase so much more worthwhile, I don't know of half the exercises possible. Awesome job!
Like that I can build me own workout and that it shows how to do each. I bought the premium it's was cheap $3 I gave 4 stars cause I wish I could control rest times between each exercise not a set one for all. Or insert rests where I want
Best TRX (or suspension training) app out there, look no further. I use it on my phone & tablet too. This is my favorite workout. LOVE how you can customize your own routine. Good job guys, this one is a winner!
Helps me think of new moves. Wish I was able to turn up the voice in app, often hard to hear over my music.
Solid app lots of great suspension trainer exercises. The workouts can be adjusted to make them more challenging or a bit easier if you need. Overall I'm happy with the workouts I've done using this app.
Love the app and was surprised at the difficulty in suspension workouts. Great so far.
First time was much too hard, but it gets closer to the right level each time I use it, getting better now.....

I was looking for a good suspension trainer coaching application, especially one that shows the exercises and I tried Suspension Workouts. This one is the best I used so far. They also fixed the tablet exercise view being cut bug. Now you can watch all exercises.
Good app ruined by not being able to run in the background. The screen has to be on the whole time. This means if you are listening to music on headphones while working out you cannot have your phone in your pocket or belt. Such a pity :(
Great app! I'm not in terrible shape, and I'm always smoked after a good 30 min or so workout. My only complaints are: 1) randomizer only sort of works - there are a bunch of exercises available in the exercise region, and the randomizer will activate if you skip back and forth through a couple exercises, otherwise there appears to be a default list that the workouts will go through. It'll still kick your ass, but it's pretty repetitive. 2) it would be nice if a "next exercise" window could be added to the display somewhere.... that way it can be anticipated of you have to change position, or can lay there gasping for breath... Lol But overall, it's outstanding, and.... works offline which is good if you find yourself needing to workout someplace where data is questionable or non-existent
Love this more than the TRX app that I got a free year sub to after buying it. You can set your duration and the app will adjust workouts based on time. Great app and really easy to use.

I like the app but there is two things that stopping me from going for the premium version. Please change the voice of the training instructor to human (real human) and will be very helpful if instructor could inform when you are half way through the set and 5 seconds before the end. And 3 seconds before the end of break. Also instructor can motivates during breaks and give tips on breathing, hydration and correct posture. Oh and maybe giving instructor a look and name would give a more personal experience? Hope you find my suggestions helpful.
