Let me try to make it clearer: when I pick "Shoulders & back" and set it for 15 minutes this app starts a workout with ONLY lower body exercises (all squats types, wall sit, glute bridge, brifge claps, inner tigh squeeze, etc)- NO shoulder NOR back exercises. Oservation: this bug only shows during the workout and doesn't show on "preview"
One of the best fitness apps that has a set of workouts that you can juat follow, instead of getting confused with figuring out what routine you want to do.
Best of Swiss ball exercises have given here, thanks a lot. But my Swiss ball can't stay under my feet, it rolls everywhere ????

Clean, simple interface with perfect 5 min workouts. The cardio/Hitt version they have is even better, allows you to rate workout up or down and automatically adjusts your next workout based on response. Would be nice if the calender synched up when you get the other apps
