This was awful. I am a yoga instructor and half of the names for these poses are completely incorrect! What they call "warrior 2" is actually Table Top. There were over 10 poses incorrectly labelled right off the bat. For a 20 min stretch they just repeated the same 4 poses. Not helpful at all.
