What are users saying about Kiqplan

Awful app. Steps never sync properly anymore, but it has a million useless functions which I don't ever need.

S70%
by S####:

Like other reviewers I came to Kiqplan from Fitbug, which I had used for many years, and it is rubbish in comparison. I wanted to use Kiqplan as a fitness tracker which links to Vitality. Synching from my Orb is only intermittently successful and once it does synch, finding the no of steps I have done is buried away and quite small text so can be hard to read in bright sun. Kiqplan features nutrition/calories as the main feature with recipes on the home page. I tried to use it but quickly found it is so inaccurate as to be useless. I have now stopped using Kiqplan/Fitbug and bought a Garmin/Connect -SO much better!

I just bought this and there is no code

S70%
by S####:

I hadn't used my fitbug in quite a while as I kept on forgetting to get new batteries. Finally remembered and was excited to start tracking my steps to find out there is a new app. How do I receive a registration code if it's for personal use and not through a company?! From what I'm reading through others' reviews, I'm not really looking forward to using the app/orb which is very disappointing.

S70%
by S####:

The fitbug app was so much better. Really disappointed with this app. Can't see steps over the last week month etc in a trend graph can only see daily steps.

G70%
by G####:

Currently can't sync data even after update. Can't even link my fitbug to the app don't know what going on. Just keep getting a red light after a steady green no matter what I do. Please sort this out my phone is even brand new

X70%
by X####:

No information, can't get help unless you get access into the app. Not much help when you can't enter the app because you don't have a registration code.

Z70%
by Z####:

Poor compared to old Fitbug app - doesn't sync past steps so have to sync every day. Sometimes doesn't sync at all. Losing Vitality points all the time.

S70%
by S####:

Great app which syncs with Vitality to earn rewards with my life insurance.

S70%
by S####:

Doesn't work with android at all three android 7 devices and the feedback doesn't even work

S70%
by S####:

Rubbish step sync intermittent at best

H70%
by H####:

Does not sinc most the time

X70%

The Fitbug app used to be simple and with a user-friendly interface. Now this Kiqplan app is just a pain. Half the time it doesn't sync my data with my orb. And although the orb has a memory of 14 days, it does not sync anything in the past. So if you forget to sync your app, you're losing out on Vitality points and on your steps tracking. The new app is nice, but it's just full of bugs and the fact that it doesn't work properly is making me want to switch to a Fitbit or another competitor's tracker, as I'm losing out on Vitality points as well as losing out on using the full features of the Orb. it's a shame because I really liked the old app and how easy it was. Bring back the old app and stop this nonsense!

J70%
by J####:

Haven't been able to sync for weeks now. Synced for a couple of days initially but now nothing. Have lost so many vitality points which will ultimately affect my premium. Bring back the old app please!!

S70%
by S####:

What a waste of time! Can't even log in to the app, let alone upload my steps. Looks like fitbit is the way to go, shame as I liked my fitbug orb!

O70%
by O####:

Been advised by support team that android app only allows upload of that days data so if you forget you cannot upload those steps again even though the fitbug orb has a 14 day memory It appears the ios version does allow multi day uploads

N70%
by N####:

This app is useless. I've tried it for just over a month. 50% of the time it syncs then doesn't upload my steps. The other it doesn't sync and won't show my orb linked. Trying to change the date or view you daily breakdown is pot luck when you click on the date. Dreadful and no reply from them as to a whole week of steps lost.

S70%
by S####:

Terrible, after updating this app, my fitbit doesnt able to sync my steps, have tried re-pair multiple times but still not working!

N70%
by N####:

Disappointing, much less user-friendly, gives far less detail and is more buggy than old app.

S70%
by S####:

Rubbish

S70%
by S####:

Terrible, customer service is none existent, raised 9 tickets and have called over 6 times now, total sham! At this rate my orb will have to go in the bin as won't pair at all! Can't believe no way to escalate the issue with the company orb useless if can't sync, I've even been told there is no complaints department!

S70%
by S####:

Very appalling. It doesn't track steps properly. Also if I forget to upload it won't upload anything for yesterday etc. Sometimes my steps decrease if I upload more than once in a day. Overall the old app was a lot better.

S70%
by S####:

Much as other reviewers I'm appalled at the approach and attitude of fitbug and their ineptitude in releasing this App. My Orb currently working with App although sometimes requires a reboot. Wife's Air rendered useless and as she has no smartphone and needs a display she's switched to a fitbit. No doubt I'll soon do the same. TBH I think fitbug's days are numbered. Substandard offering in an increasingly competitive market space. I've made my views clear to both fitbug and Vitality. I'm sure the latter are exasperated by the issues caused. Fortunately I'd photographed my steps on old and new app and sent these to Vitality.

S70%
by S####:

Worked the first day, now won't sync steps. Why release an app that obviously hasn't been fully tested?! Still doesn't work after update! Fitbug orb is going to end up in the bin as not able to contact customer service as I'm not a business.

E70%
by E####:

Crash the moment trying to keying the user name and your developer asked me to change to iPhone and blame it on my Asus zenfone hardware. Ticket close, how convenient!

D70%
by D####:

Fitbug have dumped their customers with this App without giving any prior notice. The App does not support many Fitbug products and does not provide access to past data. Appalling service. I will look elsewhere - Fitbug deserve to fail.

S70%
by S####:

Latest - for last 2 weeks has refused to record steps on Orb. Has sync'd as put in 32 steps on last day. Pity I'd done 16000 that day. Zero on all others. 40 points lost so far. Amazingly worse than the Fitbug app. Dodgy results - it claims I did 1 step total and 150 aerobic steps on one day for example. Losing gazillion of Vitality points. Interface is opaque to the extreme. Clearly not tried or tested. No response from Vitality or Fitbug support - presumably swamped by Fitbug incompetence.

R70%
by R####:

So much worse than the fitbug app it has replaced. I will have to buy a fitbug to replace it

J70%
by J####:

I can't believe they released an app that dosnt work properly on the fit bug. We're was the testing before the released this rubbish.

Q70%
by Q####:

I couldn't rate below one ,hence one star else you'd rate this as negative . I don't need to say anything more. Invest your time and money on better fitness app and device.

S70%
by S####:

Absolute garbage, does not sync properly with fitbug so losing out PruHealth benefits because of it.

S70%

S70%

S70%

S70%
by S####:

Won't upload my Fitbug steps

S70%
by S####:

Won't work with my Fitbug Air. Got no notification of change of app. Fitbug just stopped working. Contacted customer support by email as funnily enough customer support is busier than usual! Am hoping they will replace my kit with something compatible but am losing Vitality points until issue is resolved. Won't be using this company again if I have to buy a new tracker

S70%
by S####:

This app does not sync with anything that I can find. It will not sync with my Orb and I can no longer transmits data to my Humana Vitality 365 Go account. Subsequently this is useless to me and I have had to order a new pedometer. This was a terrible mistake. Go back to the drawing board.
