1) App requests no unnecessary permissions (none at all, actually), Yay! 2) But it *needs* screen control permission--doesn't keep screen on during use. So screen dims, then goes off & stops app. 3) Music is a nujazz/newage annoyingly cheerful mix. Not sure if binaural brain wave beats are included. 4) The visuals seem to help, & they seem like EMDR--which could be why it seems to work. Truly, I was desperate w/a migraine... But who cares whether it's a placebo effect, if it helps?!
