FISH DANCER è una piccola e intima osteria del pesce situata proprio di fronte alla futura "Città della moda" ex Varesine. Sono solo 10 tavoli, per cui si consiglia sempre la prenotazione. Si possono gustare esclusivamente piatti di pesce freschissimo preparati e rivisitati con cura dallo Chef seguendo la più vera tradizione mediterranea della semplicità dei sapori. Ci si può accomodare anche per assaporare un unico piatto tra i dieci del giorno (da € 10,00 cad.), oppure scegliere alla carta con prezzi adeguati, gustando l'ottimo pane fatto in casa e un buon bicchiere di vino accompagnati dalla mitica musica dei Gipsy Kings. Non si paga il coperto.
