Last year this app worked beautifully on my Motorola Droid. Now I have an LG G4 Android, and it's nothing but a struggle to use this app. Most of the time I give up and go to my desktop. Really frustrating. Every screen just sits and spins....I have to keep tapping the screen to keep it moving. One month it was so goofy I ended up paying a bill twice. Fix this PLEASE!

Samsung s4. I get the spinning wheel of death and pages won't load. I keep waiting for the fix like other apps do. It never comes. I hate having to use my computer only. Is there another good bill paying site whose mobile app works?

So easy to install, I've used the online version for years and I'm glad an app is available. Safe and secure, I can pay my bills anywhere, anytime. Works well on my S7 and so user-friendly.

I've used the service mycheckfree for years to pay my gas and electric bill. This app makes it even easier. It is fast and slick. Not sure what all of the complaing is about, but maybe the app is best with a newer phone - I have a Samsung 6

I got the app so I wouldn't have to open the Internet and go to the Web page and then pay for it. By the time it loads one page I had already opened it on the Web and paid all the bills, so this app was just a waste of space. Such a bummer.

Constantly looks like its stuck processing whatever you tell it to do. After impatiently waiting you tap the screen and it finished processing your request minutes ago. Sometimes I'd rather just use the website.

This application is quite possibly the slowest I've used. From switching screens to making payments, the "loading" spinning icon shows up for a long time. I feel like I'm on dialup. Reading others' reviews it seems I'm not the only one.

Mobile app will not take payment. I called customer service and said to use a regular computer. Defeats the purpose of a mobile app. Customer service said they will not resolve the issue by looking into it

A little slow. Hard to add new bills. Needs more performance improvements. Don't like that the camera keeps popping up. Keep working on it.

It takes a long time to open and submit payment transactions. I've been having this problem for the last six months and it's very frustrating. Please fix this app!

It is a shame. This used to be a great app, but it doesn't work anymore. Tried redownloading and even got a new phone and it still won't open.

Like everyone else is saying, loading screens is painfully slow if it loads at all. When trying to pay bills it's just caught in an endless loop.

100% worst app. Everyones needs to uninstall. They are making money from this and are laughing at your reviews. I guarantee your personal information is not safe on this app. Stop being sheeple.

This app is awful! Don't know why I thought it would be good since the website is just as bad!! Both take forever to load... You might want to think about an update...

All it does is sits and spins doesn't load! Very frustrating. It used to work fabulously! Not sure what happened? Obviously they don't care to fix it.

Wasted my time on this app. Installed, and it crashes when it tries to open. Uninstalling now.

The app takes forever. It is easier to save the website on your home screen and Firefox will save your login information. Works better, faster, easier. Deleting the app.

I have a Motorola droid turbo. Mobile website works just fine. The identical app has never finished opening. It takes over a min to launch, over min to accept my password. Waited several min for bills and never got in.

This app is so slow. I have never seen an app that takes so long to do one thing.

App never fully loads and when it's does there are very long pauses when switching screens. It takes way longer to complete tasks that should take two minutes. I'm looking for other options.

This is the slowest, most difficult app. I love the program because it pays on the die date from my back account. Even the bank needs 2 days to use my money. But the program rarely loads and once in, navigation is terrible. Please fix and I'll up the stars.

It will NOT login. I can login on my computer just fine. If I try logging in on the Mobile App, it tells me that the session was timed out for security reasons. I have gone to the web page, logged in, logged out, closed the tab. Killed the mobile app process and restarted it and STILL having the same problems. I called Tech Support and they told me to refresh the page. IT'S NOT A PAGE IT'S AN APP. Hello??!! Script has run out of options, phone call terminated.

Uninstalled. Just terrible. Can not pay my Bill. You want money first my Bill quickly? Fix it. Just keeps spinning.....This is the slowest app installed on my phone. Altogether stopping the use of it. Previously commented: Didn't display bill via the view bill button. Oh well, maybe next time.

I've used this app for 6+ years but started having the same issues everyone else does ...to fix......EVERY TIME THE LOADING ICON SHOWS HIT "HOME" ON YOUR PHONE THEN OPEN MYCHECKFREE AGAIN FROM THE RECENT APPS. It still works, just a bug in it.

So frustrated with this app! I have only been able to pay my bills via the mobile app a couple times in the past 6+ months. I have to go in via the web on a computer, which defeats the purpose of a mobile app.

Last year app was no problems. Now it takes 5 mins to load any one thing. 20 mins to pay a bill.

It's actually faster and easier to go to the actual site. Disappointing.

I could drive to a place of business, write a check, and stand in a huge line to pay my bill faster than it takes with this app. Yikes!

The concept of the app is fine, but this has got to be the slowest app on the market. Every time you press a function it just sits and think about what it wants to do next.

Payments are not timely. At 930 am on a friday,,,i am told that my payment will not post until monday Not acceptable

Droid turbo app unusable. Used to work well. What happened? Using web version under Chrome.

I like the convenience but if I could get the same bills off a different app I would switch instantly. This app just stalls indefinitely. I constantly have to kill it and restart the app. I thought maybe it was my phone but I just got a new phone and the app still hangs up and I have to kill it.

Switching between screens, waiting for responses is agonizingly slow. Its almost as if it has ADD!

Not working like it did! Please make it able to transition from page to page. I can not use it like this. It use to be excellent! What happened?

It was easy signing in and paying my bill.....BUT, signing out was an issue! After 5 minutes of waiting for it to sign out, I exited the app by closing all tabs opened. PLEASE FIX THIS PROBLEM

Doesn't work. I try to log in by the app just cycles thru and I can't log in. Uninstallling right away.
