Great app. Been using it a few years now. So simple to submit meter readings, check usage and review tariffs/upgrade. First utility would get 5 stars all the way home if they only had better ACCESS to customer service, the customer service is brilliant but not easy to access. The online help doesn't meet all customer needs. Sometimes you need to talk to a person and this shouldn't be so hard for the customer to get.
Good app. Energy usage history and easy submission of meter readings. Some other rubbish like energy saving advice but don't let the padding put you off.
We've been with first utility for nearly a year now and as yet have had no problems with them or this app.They email us once a month to remind us to send in our meter readings,which I do through this app.No more estimated bills,could not be easier. The app allows you to view your payments,tariffs and usage. It even shows you what the weather is up to.We are happy with first utility and will be staying with them for our energy needs.5* company 5* app
Too complicated. Try to use the contact us option and you will get an automated response based on key words in your question. This then tells you in most cases to ring them. To get a call back you have to email them and wait up to 48 hrs for a response. Can't adjust payment methods on it. Will not allow me to change preferences such as online account management. A poor app from a poor company. Have already start the switch process. Cannot wait to not have to deal with this appauling energy supplier and their useless customer service team.
Really useful to see usage over the past 6 months (possibly more but I've not used it for as long) Easy to submit meter readings and tips on improving energy efficiency etc
Simple to use and retains previous reading so you can check new one makes sense and just update digits you need to. Torch button to operate phone lamp is stroke of genius making meter reading in dark cupboards a doddle!
Awful- had never allowed me to input any meter readings
Absolute rubbish automated response.... can't even put in dual readings.
Its just a bit complicated when you need information
Very poor customer service from this company, they are cheap for a reason so pray you don't have to contact them about any issues.
November, December and January readings aren't on the app?? Put this on asap if your company is still trading!
Been using for 2 years now, never had a problem. Easy reading submission, and excellent energy usage info. Highly recommended

Would have been 5 stars if it reminded when to submit readings. Otherwise really useful to keep up
Good for meter readings but text way to small. 2 years and still no increase or option to increase text size
